Abstract

At CV Safira Fashion Konveksi fills inventory by reordering units of frequency cotton material 2-3 times a week with a lead time of 1 day arrival of cotton which causes high ordering costs, storage costs and inventory costs for stock points. Safira Fashion applies a shoop floor work process in the form of a home industry business engaged in Konveksi as a manufacturer and wholesaler of clothing at the Mall Shopping Center outlet which produces baggy pants with the highest sales figure of 2,779 Pcs in 2018 and experienced a decline in production with 904 Pcs in 2019. The method that will be recommended in compiling inventory control measures based on research observed in the field includes using the Lot for Lot Method, which is often called lotting (Lot sizing) is a process to determine the optimal order size for each product item based on the results of the calculation of net needs. In the application of the Min-max method in controlling raw materials, namely to determine the level of safety stock, and its reorder point in analyzing the comparison of inventory control that has been carried out by the company. In this study of controlling the inventory of cotton fabric materials, the Jogger pants production unit tested the results of the comparison of the company with the Lot for Lot method, and the Min-Max method using the total cost criterion, namely the company can reduce the total inventory cost. Safira Fashion ini mengisi persediaan dengan melakukan pemesanan ulang unit bahan katun frekuensi sebanyak 2-3 kali dalam seminggu dengan lead time kedatangan bahan katun 1 hari yang menyebabkan tingginya biaya pesan, biaya simpan serta biaya persediaannya untuk stock point. Safira Fashion menerapkan proses kerja shoop floor bentuk usaha home industry bergerak di konveksi sebagai produsen dan penjual grosir pakaian di dalam outlet Pusat Perbelanjaan Mall yang memproduksi Celana Baggy pants dengan angka penjualan tertinggi 2.779 Pcs di Tahun 2018 dan mengalami penurunan produksi dengan 904 Pcs di 2019. Metode yang akan direkomendasikan dalam menyusun langkah pengendalian persedian berdasarkan penelitian yang diamati di lapangan diantaranya dengan menggunakan Metode Lot for Lot ini sering disebut juga lotting (Lot sizing)adalah proses untuk menentukan besarnya pesanan yang optimal untuk masing-masing item produk berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kebutuhan bersih. pemesanan kembali dengan jumlah Lot for lot yang sama dengan jumlah kebutuhan bersih yang harus dipenuhi pada periode yang bersangkutan. Dalam penerapan metode Min-max dalam pengendalian bahan baku yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat safety stock, dan reorder point-nya dalam menganalisis perbandingan pengendalian persediaan yang telah dilakukan perusahaan Dalam penelitian pengendalian persediaan material bahan kain katun unit produksi celana Jogger pants ini menguji hasil perbandingan dari perusahaan dengan metode Lot for Lot, dan metode Min-Max menggunakan kriteria total cost yaitu perusahaan dapat mengurangi total biaya persediaan.
