Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organsasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada PT. Reycom Document Solusi. Populasi dan Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 80 karyawan menggunakan sampel jenuh, Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis, sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan Parial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour This study aims to test and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PT.Reycom Document Solutions. The population and sample used were as many as 80 employees using saturated samples, the sampling method using saturated sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a quantitative approach and hypothesis testing, while the data analysis method uses Parial Least Square. This research proves that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The work environment has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
