Abstract

In a large industry such as Chandra Asri which operates non-stop, reliable maintenance is needed to keep the production process running well. Chandra Asri is a company that is engaged in manufacturing, so it always strives to be able to produce. The production process will continuously affect the performance of the existing electric motor, therefore the reliability of the electric motor is prioritized here. In order to keep the electric motor running normally, it is necessary to carry out routine maintenance starting from the incomer to the motor load. Things that are usually done are like doing preventive maintenance on the motor, we check the health condition of the motor from the resistance value, winding insulation value, and the physical condition of the motor. and also need to do online inspection on the motor such as monitoring the voltage and current on the motor In this final project, a design tool for monitoring the voltage and current of a conveyor motor is made, because the motor does not yet have a voltage and current meter. It is hoped that this final project can help in maintaining the reliability of the motor by monitoring the actual condition of the motor and being able to take action when the condition of the motor starts to become abnormal. Keyword : Electric Motor, Maintenance, Monitoring Dalam sebuah indsutri besar seperti chandra asri yang beroperasi secara non stop diperlukan maintenance yang handal untuk menjaga proses produksi tetap berjalan dengan baik. Chandra Asri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur sehingga selalu diupayakan untuk bisa melakukan produksi. Proses produksi yang secara terus menerus akan mempengaruhi kinerja dari motor listrik yang ada, oleh karena itu kehandalan motor listrik sangat diutamakan disini. Demi menjaga motor listrik agar tetap berjalan normal perlu dilakukan perawatan rutin mulai dari incomer hingga beban motor. Hal yang biasa dilakukan yaitu seperti melakukan preventif maintenance pada motor, kita mengecek kondisi Kesehatan motor dari nilai tahanan, nilai isolasi winding, dan kondisi fisik motor tersebut. dan juga perlu dilakukan online inspection pada motor seperti memantau tegangan dan arus pada motor Dalam tugas akhir ini dibuat alat rancang bangun monitoring tegangan dan arus motor turning device konveyor, karena dimotor tersebut belum terdapat metering tegangan dan arus. Diharapkan dari tugas akhir ini bisa membantu dalam menjaga kehandalan motor dengan cara memantau kondisi actual motor dan dapat melakukan Tindakan Ketika kondisi motor mulai tidak normal. Dan alat yang telah digunakan dapat melakukan monitoring dengan baik. Kata kunci : Motor Listrik, Maintenance, Monitoring
