Abstract

Turn Around Time is the amount of time the company promises to the customer to fulfill the customer's request. The purpose of this study was to identify and determine the cause of over Turn Around Time and recommend the improvement of TAT with the application of the PDCA method to prevent over Turn Around Time order repair wheel part number C20626200. The method used in this study is the PDCA method. There are several reasons for the delivery of KPIs that do not meet the repeated targets in the September – December 2021 period, namely overloaded orders that do not match the number of manpower, no personnel appointed to oversee TAT, orders that are not controlled, the required materials are empty, planning for material purchases is lacking. Steps taken to meet TAT targets include, Recruiting new employees, Selecting a senior person to oversee TAT, Processing data from SAP Swift into a simple list table, Analyzing material purchases to be more effective, Calculating purchases according to the budget Keywords: turn around time, PDCA, order wheel, overload Turn Around Time adalah jumlah waktu yang dijanjikan perusahaan kepada customer untuk memenuhi permintaan customer.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengidentifikasi dan mengetahui penyebab terjadinya over Turn Around Time juga merekomendasikan perbaikan TAT dengan penerapan metode PDCA untuk mencegah over Turn Around Time order repair wheel part number C20626200. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode PDCA. Ada beberapa penyebab KPI delivery tidak sesuai target yang berulang pada periode September – Desember 2021 yaitu Order yang overload tidak sesuai jumlah manpower, Tidak ada personil yang ditunjuk untuk kawal TAT, Order yang kurang dikontrol, Material yang diperlukan kosong, Perencanaan pembelian material yang kurang. Langkah yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi target TAT antara lain, Membuat rekruitmen karyawan baru, Memilih seseorang yang senior untuk mengawal TAT, Mengolah data dari SAP Swift menjadi list tabel sederhana, Menganalisa pembeliaan material agar lebih efektif, Mengkalkulasi pembeliaan sesuai budget Kata kunci: turn around time, PDCA, order wheel, overload
