Abstract

In implementing a project needed for a tool to control the course of the project. A technic that usually can be used is Earned Value Management, which is usually used in Civil projects to manage their projects. In manufacture industry, especially automotive manufacture industri as object of this research, doesn’t have a tool to control and show the project progress which already in Mass Production. It is really important to know how far the quantity of production goes, is it correspond with the planning quantity when kickoff project start. After using the Earned Value Management technic, it shows that EVM can be used and give the informations about actual production against the planning. After the calculation, it shows that the quantity of actual production mostly are not correspond with the plan, it’s only 2 months (2016 of December and 2017 of January) which has SPI above 1. The value 1 is describe that the project efficiency are correspond even more against the monthly plan among 48 months this project was running. And from the calculations, the remaining investments for Y- project is Rp 141.379.930.601,00 if actual production calculated until Jan 2020. It happen because of the actual production isn’t correspond against monthly plans when kickoff Y-project. Kata kunci : Earned Value Management, manufacture, planning, actual, production Dalam pelaksanaan sebuah proyek, perlu adanya alat untuk mengontrol jalannya proyek tersebut. Salah satu teknik yang biasa digunakan adalah Earned Value Management, dimana teknik ini biasa digunakan untuk menajemen proyek pada proyek sipil. Pada industri manufaktur otomotif, dimana objek penelitian ini dilaksanakan, belum memiliki alat kontrol untuk menunjukkan progres proyek yang telah diproduksi secara masal. Hal tersebut sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana angka produksi yang dihasilkan, apakah sesuai dengan rencana saat awal proyek atau tidak. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik tersebut dapat digunakan serta memberikan informasi mengenai aktual produksi terhadap rencana. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan, menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar jumlah aktual produksi tidak sesuai dengan rencana per bulan. Hanya 2 bulan (Desember 2016 dan Januari 2017) yang nilai SPI nya di atas 1. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi proyek sudah sesuai bahkan di atas rencana produksi per bulan selama 48 bulan proyek berjalan. (tambahan 1 kesimpulan). Dan dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan bahwa sisa investasi untuk proyek Y adalah Rp 141.379.930.601,00 jika aktual produksi dihitung hingga Januari 2020. Hal ini dikarenakan kuantiti aktual produksi tidak sesuai dengan rencana per hari saat awal pengembangan proyek Y. Kata kunci : Earned Value Management, manufaktur, rencana, aktual, produksi.
