Abstract

PT. ASPAC is a manufacturing company specializing in Non Woven. As for what is happening in the current system, which is processing data on receipt of goods from suppliers, data on movement of goods in and out between warehouse and production, storage of goods, and delivery of goods to customers, all processes are still using manual with Ms.Excel. With new innovations every year that make products and data will continue to grow, so that sometimes users experience difficulties in the calculation of goods and sometimes the information provided is not in accordance with the availability of existing goods. The purpose of this study is to create a Warehousing Information System, which can manage goods entering from suppliers, goods entering and leaving between warehouse and production, and warehouse stock reports in a structured manner using HTML, PHP, and MySQL as the data base. Key words: Warehouse Information Systems, Waterfall, PHP PT. ASPAC merupakan perusahaan di bidang manufaktur yang berspesialisasi berbahan Non Woven. Adapun yang terjadi pada sistem yang sedang berjalan saat ini yaitu untuk pengolahan data penerimaan barang dari Supplier, data pergerakkan barang masuk dan keluar antara gudang dan produksi, dan penyimpanan barang, semua proses masih menggunakan manual dengan Ms.Excel. Dengan adanya inovasi baru dalam setiap tahunnya yang membuat produk dan data akan terus bertambah, sehingga terkadang user mengalami kesulitan dalam perhitungan barang dan terkadang informasi yang di berikan tidak sesuai dengan ketersediaan barang yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat Sistem Informasi Pergudangan , yang dapat mengelolah barang masuk dari supplier, barang masuk dan keluar antara gudang dan produksi, dan laporan stok gudang secara terstruktur dengan menggunakan HTML, PHP, dan MySQL sebagai basis datanya.
