Abstract

At this moment in line with rising levels of education and socio-economic condition of society, the need for guidance will look increasingly health, one of South Meruya health center II is considered a very important role is related to the quality of service. To achieve health goals are mutual obligations to maintain and simultaneously improve the quality of health services and the development of information technology more and more developed, the use of computers in the field of services for patients, already a common thing. Computers are widely used as an aid in data processing because of the ease, speed of processing, and accuracy of the data. required to support advanced technology work in terms of information management. The information is very important that will be used as a basis for a decision. During this health center information system of the South Meruya II are still using manual systems, so that patient data-processing activities are still carried out manually today considered optimal were not enough in solving the problem. To overcome this, the writer tries to design an information system patient data processing, and Services Public Health Center South Meruya II by using programming language Visual Basic.Net 2005 and Microsoft Office Access 2007. Keywords: Information System, Maintain the quality and health services Pada saat ini sejalan dengan meningkatnya tingkat pendidikan dan keadaan sosial ekonomi masyarakat, maka kebutuhan akan tuntunan akan kesehatan tampak makin meningkat, salah satu di antaranya Puskesmas Meruya Selatan II yang dipandang mempunyai peranan yang amat penting ialah yang menyangkut mutu pelayanan. Untuk tercapainya tujuan pelayanan kesehatan adalah kewajiban bersama untuk mempertahankan serta sekaligus meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dan Perkembangan teknologi informasi semakin lama semakin berkembang, penggunaan komputer dalam bidang pelayanan bagi para pasien, sudah merupakan hal yang umum. Komputer banyak digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam pengolahan data karena kemudahan, kecepatan pemprosesan, dan keakuratan datanya. untuk mendukung kerja diperlukan teknologi maju dalam hal pengelolaan informasi. Informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting yang akan digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengambil keputusan. Selama ini sistem informasi Puskesmas Meruya Selatan II masih menggunakan sistem manual, sehingga kegiatan pengolahan data pasien yang masih dilakukan secara manual saat ini dirasa belum cukup optimal dalam pemecahan masalah yang ada. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penulis mencoba untuk merancang suatu sistem informasi pengolahan data pasien, dan Pelayanan Puskesmas Meruya Selatan II dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic.Net 2005 dan Microsoft office Acces 2007.
