Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui Pengaruh Sales Growth, Firm Age, Operating Capacity, Komite Audit dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi dari website IDX (www.idx.co.id). Objek penelitian ini adalah Perusahan Sektor Pertambangan yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017 – 2020. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada perusahaan yang menerbitkan data-data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian ini dalam laporan tahunannya. Dari 42 perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan yang terdaftar di IDX, hanya 30 perusahaan yang memiliki data yang lengkap untuk diteliti selama 4 periode, sehingga didapat 120 sampel. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji kelayakan model, uji hipotesis dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan 4 variabel lainnya yang ikut dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Sales Growth, Firm Age, Operating Capacity, Komite Audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata kunci : Sales Growth, Firm Age, Operating Capacity, Komite Audit, Profitabilitas dan Nilai Perusahaan This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Sales Growth, Firm Age, Operating Capacity, Comitte Audit and Profitability on the Company Value. The type of data used is secondary data, with the method of collecting documentation data from the IDX website (www.idx.co.id). The object of this research is the Mining Sector Companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 – 2020. The sample was taken using the purposive sampling method on companies that publish the data needed for this research in their annual reports. Of the 42 Mining Sector companies listed on IDX, only 30 companies have complete data to be researched for 4 periods, so that 120 samples are obtained. The statistical test used is the classical assumption test, model feasibility test, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that the Profitability affects the company's Value. While the other Four variables that participated in this study, namely Sales Growth, Firm Age, Operating Capacity, Comitte Audit did not affect the Company's Value.
