Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui Pengaruh Likuiditas, Pertumbuhan Penjualan dan Struktur Modal terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, dengan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi dari website IDX (www.idx.co.id). Objek penelitian ini adalah Perusahan Sektor Pertambangan yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017 – 2020. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada perusahaan yang menerbitkan data-data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian ini dalam laporan tahunannya. Dari 44 perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan yang terdaftar di IDX, hanya 26 perusahaan yang memiliki data yang lengkap untuk diteliti selama 4 periode, sehingga didapat 104 sampel. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji kelayakan model, uji hipotesis dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Struktur Modal berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan. Sedangkan dua variabel lainnya yang ikut dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Likuiditas dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan. Kata kunci : Likuditas, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Struktur Modal dan Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of liquidity, sales growth and capital structure on the company's financial performance. The type of data used is secondary data, with the method of collecting documentation data from the IDX website (www.idx.co.id). The object of this research is the Mining Sector Companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 – 2020. The sample was taken using the purposive sampling method on companies that publish the data needed for this research in their annual reports. Of the 44 Mining Sector companies listed on IDX, only 26 companies have complete data to be researched for 4 periods, so that 104 samples are obtained. The statistical test used is the classical assumption test, model feasibility test, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that the capital structure affects the company's financial performance. While the other two variables that participated in this study, namely Liquidity and Sales Growth did not affect the Company's Financial Performance.
