Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Lingga Alfajri Zulfikar NIM : 41518210027 Pembimbing TA : Anis Cherid, MTI Judul : Aplikasi Slip Gaji Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus: Perusahaan Event Contractor) PT. Ideologi Tiga Padi merupakan sebuah perusahaan event contractor. Karyawan di perusahaan ini terdapat 2 golongan, yaitu golongan karyawan tetap dan golongan karyawan harian lepas. Pada proses penggajian karyawan yang berjalan saat ini masih manual, mulai dari perhitungan gaji karyawan harian lepas menggunakan kalkulator sebagai alat hitung, lalu ditulis pada Ms.excel. Kemudian untuk perhitungan gaji pegawai tetap dan pelaporan gaji menggunakan Ms.Excel, sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang belum efisien dan sering terjadi human error. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut di butuhkan sebuah sistem agar dapat mempermudah proses penggajian karyawan dengan cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini dibuat dari tahap menganalisa sistem yang ada saat ini kemudian data diperoleh dari wawancara langsung dengan pihak terkait sistem penggajian karyawan dan observasi, sedangkan perancangan menggunakan database MySQL dan bahasa pemrograman PHP hingga pengimplementasian dengan berorientasi objek menggunakan Unified Modelling language (UML). Dengan pembuatan sistem ini telah menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mempermudah untuk tahap perhitungan gaji, meliputi perhitungan hari kerja, Pembagian tugas dan insentifinsentif yang biasa diterima serta pembuatan slip gaji secara otomatis untuk nantinya dilakukan pembukuan pada perusahaan, sehingga menghasilkan informasi yang lebih efektif dan efisien. In the current employee payroll process, it is still manual, starting from calculating the salary of daily freelance employees using a calculator as a calculating tool, then writing it in Ms.excel. Then for the calculation of permanent employee salaries and salary reporting using Ms. Excel, resulting in information that is not yet efficient and human errors often occur. To overcome this, a system is needed in order to facilitate the employee payroll process quickly and accurately. This research was made from the stage of analyzing the current system and then the data was obtained from direct interviews with related parties to the employee payroll system and observations, while the design used a MySQL database and the PHP programming language to object-oriented implementation using the Unified Modeling language (UML). With the creation of this system, it has produced a system that can make it easier for the salary calculation stage, including the calculation of working days, division of tasks and incentives that are usually received as well as making automatic salary slips for later bookkeeping at the company, resulting in more effective and efficient information. efficient.
