Abstract

ABSTRACT Nama Mahasiswa : Muhammad Ilham Febriyanto (41817320013) Muhammad Dwiky Dharmawan (41817320015) Duta Anggoro (41817320009) Judul Tugas Akhir : Implementasi Metode Scrum Pada Pembangunan Sistem Pemesanan Produk Online Berbasis Mobile (Studi Kasus PT Babakan Bina Mandiri) The application of marketing in marketing medical devices is carried out by looking at the needs, demands and expectations of consumers. The company's service quality is also a very important thing in the company's marketing activities, namely company services in product sales services by delivering information about prices and product conditions, which in turn can determine whether consumers will buy the product or not. The problem in this research is the marketing method that is done by PT. Babakan Bina Mandiri is still by visiting the place or institution of the prospective customer with an offer system that uses the discussion method and catalog presentation. So from the research results obtained, it can be concluded that an online ordering or sales system is needed with a mobile application platform. The system that will be created will carry out several functions such as product catalogs and product orders in mobile applications. As a result of this research, a mobile-based online product ordering application has been creat-ed using the scrum method at PT Babakan Bina Mandiri.
