Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis P engaruh Kebijakan Dividen, Kebijakan Hutang dan Keputusan Investasi terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub se k tor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 20142020. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 8 perusahaan dengan metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling . Metode pengambilan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi berupa data sekunder laporan keu a ngan periode 2014 2020 yang diperoleh dari website perusahaan dan website Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode analisis data menggunakan Fixed Effect Model deng an Ordinary Square melalui program statistik Eviews Least 10. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan Dividen (DPR) berpengaruh negatif dan Perusahaan, Kebijakan Hutang (PER) tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai berpengaruh positif terha dan tidak signifikan dap Nilai Perusahaan dan Keputusan Investasi (PER) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Dividen, Kebijakan Hutang, Keputusan Investasi, Nilai Perusahaan. ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the effect of Dividend Policy, Debt Policy and Investment Decisions on Firm Value. The population in this research are Property and Real Estate subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2 0142020. The sample used in the research was eight companies with the sample selection method of data collection using the documentation method in the form of secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and the company annual report. The sample used in the research was 8 (Eight) companies with the sample selection method using purposive sampling. The method of data collection using the documentation method in the form of secondary data on financial statements for the period 20142020 obtained from the company website and the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (BEI). The data analysis method uses a Fixed Effect Model with an Ordinary Least Square through the statistical program Eviews 10 . The result of this research indicated that Dividen d Policy has an insignificant negative effect on Firm Value, Debt Policy (DER) has no significant positive effect on Firm Value and Investment Decisions (PER) have an insignificant negative effect on Firm Value.
