Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi dan Komitmen terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Fotexco Busana International. Populasi adalah karyawan Divisi SecD PT. Fotexco Busana International dalam berjumlah dengan total sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Penelitian ini penelitian ini 75 responden, menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan penelitian variabel, dengan metode menggunakan kuesioner teknik Sampling Jenuh. yang Metode digunakan adalah Statistical Product and Service Solution berkaitan analisis dengan data versi25 (SPSS 25). Hasil yang penelitian dalam kerja, studi ini menemukan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh Komitmen berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan positif terhadap Motivasi dan signifikan kepuasan terhadap kerja, kepuasan sedangkan Komitmen secara bersama berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Kata Kunci: PT. Fotexco Busana International. Motivasi, Komitmen , kepuasan kerja. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and commitment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Phototexco International Clothing. The population in this study were employees of the SecD Division of PT. Fotexco Clothing International totaled 75 respondents, with a total sample of 75 respondents. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data were collected using a questionnaire related to the research variables, with the method of saturated sampling technique. The da ta analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solution version 25 (SPSS 25). The results of this study found that motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfa ction, while motivation and commitment together have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT.
