Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Bukaka Teknik Utama,Tbk adalah salah satu perusahaan nasional terbesar yang bergerak di bidang alat berat dan infrastruktur. Dalam pembuatan komponen Garbarata salah satu yaitu Part Base Plate. sehingga perbaikan cacat dominan difokuskan cacat lubang dan cacat garis. Berdasarakan analisa dari metode FTA maka akar penyebab masalah dari cacat lubang dan cacat garis dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu man, machine,dan material. penyebeb dari cacat lubang yaitu api yang di tembakan ke plat mantul ke arah nozzel dan penyebab dari cacat garis yaitu yaitu Api yang di keluarkan tidak sempurna karena kotor nozzel. Adapun usulan perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan untuk melakukan proses perbaikan cacat lubang dan cacat garis berdasarkan RPN terbesar dari hasil analisa FMEA adalah Usulan perbaikan cacat lubang untuk faktor machine perbaikan dengan cara mencopot Nozzel dari mesin cnc cutting yang terkena cairan besi panas untuk menghilangkan di rendam Nozzel cairan khusus kuningan setelah itu di gosok Nozzel dengan sikat besi, dengan Nilai RPN 72 Point. Usulan perbaikan cacat garis Pada cacat garis untuk faktor mesin perbaikannya yaitu dengan cara membersikan kotoran lubang nozzel dengan menggunakan tipcleaner, dengan Nilai RPN 60 Point. Kata Kunci : Cacat, Part Base Plate, FTA, FMEA ABSTRACT PT. Bukaka Teknik Utama, Tbk is one of the largest national companies engaged in heavy equipment and infrastructure. In the manufacture of Garbarata components, one of which is the Base Plate Part. so that the repair of dominant defects is focused on hole defects and line defects. Based on the analysis of the FTA method, the root cause of the problem of hole defects and line defects is influenced by several factors, namely man, machine, and material. the cause of the hole defect is the fire that is shot into the bouncing plate towards the nozzle and the cause of the line defect is that the fire that is emitted is not perfect because the nozzle is dirty. The proposed improvements that can be made to carry out the process of repairing hole defects and line defects based on the largest RPN from the results of the FMEA analysis are the proposed repair of hole defects for the repair machine factor by removing the nozzle from the cnc cutting machine that is exposed to hot iron liquid to remove the liquid nozzle by soaking it. specifically for brass, the nozzle is then rubbed with an iron brush, with an RPN value of 72 points. Proposed repair of line defects In line defects for the repair machine factor, namely by cleaning the nozzle hole dirt using a tipcleaner, with an RPN value of 60 points.
