Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Cabinindo Putra merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi komponen kendaraan roda dua. Salah satu produknya adalah Hinge seat assy. Tahun 2021 permintaan Hinge seat assy mengalami kenaikan sebesar 25.000 unit perbulan, sedangkan saat ini perusahaan mampu memproduksi sebanyak 19.000 unit perbulan. Adanya bottleneck pada stasiun di line machining assy juga menyebabkan terjadinya ketidak seimbangan waktu proses produksi Hinge seat assy. Dengan demikian perusahaan diharuskan melakukan perbaikan terhadap kegiatan proses produksinya. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, digunakan pendekatan lean manufacturing yaitu penggambaran kondisi line machining assy menggunakan Value Stream Mapping dan analisis dengan metode Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify. Hasil yang didapatkan dengan metode tersebut adalah penurunan waktu produksi pada line machining assy yang sebelumnya 63,64 detik berkurang menjadi 50,47 detik atau turun sekitar 20,7%. Hasil perbaikan penerapan metode ECRS dapat menyelesaikan permasalahaan perusahaan dengan indikator tercapainya target produksi. One of the products is the Hinge seat assy. In 2021 the demand for Hinge seat assy will increase by 25,000 units per month, while currently the company is able to produce as many as 19,000 units per month. The existence of a bottleneck at the station in the machining assy line also causes an imbalance in the production process of the Hinge seat assy. Thus the company is required to make improvements to its production process activities. To solve these problems, a lean manufacturing approach is used, namely the description of the condition of the line machining assy using Value Stream Mapping and analysis with the Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify methods. The result obtained by this method is a decrease in production time on the line machining assy from 63.64 seconds to 50.47 seconds or a decrease of about 20.7%. The results of the improvement in the application of the ECRS method can solve the company's problems with indicators of achieving production targets.
