Abstract

ABSTRAK Perusahaan Komponen Otomotif merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi komponen kendaraan bermotor roda empat khususnya pada sistem pegkondisi udara (Air Conditioner). Kondisi pada tahun 2022 ini perusahaan komponen otomotif mendapat 5 proyek produk baru dan salah satunya proyek produk baru pipa AC D26A yang ditargetkan dalam 150 hari harus sudah selesai, tahun ini paling banyak proyek produk baru dari 5 tahun terakhir perusahaan dirasa perlu perlakuan khusus sehingga tidak terjadi keterlambatan dalam proyek, kelemehan proyek produk baru saat ini yaitu jadwal proyek hanya dibuat secara umum dan tidak dijelaskan secara detail mengenai aktivitas dan hubungan antar aktivitas. Kombinasi antara metode CPM (Critical Path Methode) dan PERT (program Evaluation Review Technique) dapat digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antar aktivitas, memberikan usulan jaringan kerja dan mengetahui probabilitas kesuksesan pada proyek produk baru pipa AC D26A, Dari hasil penilitian pada proyek baru produk pipa AC D26A dengan metode CPM diketahui proyek dapat diselesaikan 147 hari dari target 150 hari, dengan metode PERT diketahui probabilitas kesuksesan 85%, dan untuk memberikan visualisasi jaringan kerja pada proyek pipa AC D26A dibuat gantt chart berdasarkan jalur kritis pada jaringan kerja. Conditions in 2022, automotive component companies get 5 new product projects and one of them is the new D26A AC pipe product project which is targeted to be completed in 150 days, this year at most new product projects from the last 5 years the company feels it needs special treatment so it doesn't happen. delays in the project, the weakness of the current new product project is that the project schedule is only made in general and is not explained in detail about activities and relationships between activities. The combination of CPM (Critical Path Method) and PERT (Program Evaluation Review Technique) methods can be used to explain the relationship between activities, provide network proposals and determine the probability of success in the new D26A AC pipe product project, From the results of research on new AC pipe product projects D26A with the CPM method is known that the project can be completed in 147 days from the target of 150 days, with the PERT method the probability of success is 85%, and to provide a visualization of the work network on the D26A AC pipeline project, a gantt chart is made based on the critical path on the network Keywords: Project, New Product D26A pipe, CPM, PERT, Gantt Chart.
