Abstract

With the growing technology of today, make everybody want to take advantage of existing technologies as well as possible and can be used in education, health, and as well as agencies or companies - leading companies who want to take advantage of current technology as an information system that can be used to facilitate performance of the workers in getting the information easily. In the shade of a company in the health field as well as a clinic a means by which to get an overview about various health and the places where people used to get medical help and health. WEB application in the manufacture of the clinic is designed to improvise without regard to the various elements, such as design elements, visual beauty, content design elements, interactive elements and the latest information at this time that supports the complete design of WEB in providing any information necessary for clinic staff who can feel the benefit when used for clinical information systems can be felt in the job easier manage patient data that have been registered and are not yet registered. Keywords: Clinic, Registration, Information Dengan semakin berkembang teknologi zaman sekarang, membuat setiap orang ingin memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada dengan sebaik mungkin dan dapat digunakan dalam dunia pendidikan, kesehatan, dan maupun instansi atau perusahaan – perusahaan ternama yang ingin memanfaatkan teknologi pada saat ini sebagai sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan untuk memperlancar kinerja para pekerja dalam mendapatkan informasi dengan mudah. Dalam sebuah perusahaan yang bernaung dalam bidang kesehatan seperti halnya sebuah klinik suatu sarana yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang berbagai kesehatan dan tempat dimana digunakan untuk masyarakat mendapatkan pertolongan medis dan kesehatan Dalam pembuatan WEB pendaftaran pada klinik didesain dengan seadanya tanpa memperhatikan berbagai unsur, seperti unsur perancangan, keindahan visual, unsur desain isi, unsur interaktif serta informasi terbaru pada saat ini yang dapat menunjang perancangan WEB yang lengkap dalam menyediakan setiap informasi yang diperlukan bagi para staff klinik yang dapat merasakan manfaatnya apabila digunakan sistem informasi untuk klinik dirasakan dapat memudahkan pekerjaan dalam mengelolah data pasien yang telah mendaftar dan yang belum mendaftar Kata Kunci : Klinik, Pendaftaran, Informasi
