Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu pembahasan dalam penelitian mobil listrik adalah sumber tenaga atau baterai. Baterai mobil listrik memiliki kapasitas yang terbatas, sehingga harus diisi ulang agar mobil tetap berjalan dalam waktu dan jarak yang diinginkan. Situasi ini, jika tidak segera diketahui, dapat menyebabkan baterai terkuras secara tiba-tiba di tengah perjalanan. Tentu saja hal ini membuat pengguna kendaraan listrik resah dan tidak nyaman. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis service life baterai, agar diketahui berapa lama dan kapan waktunya untuk mengisi ulang baterai atau bahkan menggantinya. Dengan analisis serive life, maka akan berdampak pada lifetime dari baterai, mengingat harga baterai kendaraan listrik hampir separuh dari harga kendaraan listrik. Penelitian ini membahas service life baterai pada kendaraan listrik E Niaga tiga roda Geni biru berdasarkan analisis saat pemakaian dan penambahan daya dengan data daya dan waktu yang dibutuhkan. Pengujian pemakaian daya menggunakan tiga kondisi yaitu kecepatan konstan 30 Km/jam di jalan datar, kecepatan berhenti hingga 30 Km/jam di jalan datar, dan kecepatan konstan 30 Km/jam di jalan miring 15º. Untuk penambahan daya menggunakan catu daya 5A, 10A, dan 15A. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa Jarak tempuh terjauh didapatkan oleh kondisi kecepatan konstan 30 Km/jam di jalan datar, yaitu sejauh 38,61 Km dan pengisian daya dengan waktu tercepat adalah catu daya 15A dengan waktu 4,5 jam. Kata Kunci : Kendaraan listrik, baterai, service life, pengisian baterai, pengosongan baterai. ABSTRACT One of the discussions in electric car research is a power source or battery. Electric car batteries have a limited capacity, so they must be recharged to keep the car running for the desired time and distance. This situation, if not recognized immediately, can cause the battery to drain suddenly in the middle of the trip. Of course this makes electric vehicle users restless and uncomfortable. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the service life of the battery, in order to know how long and when to recharge the battery or even replace it. With the serive life analysis, it will have an impact on the lifetime of the battery, considering that the price of electric vehicle batteries is almost half of the price of electric vehicles. This study discusses the service life of the battery on the three-wheeled E Niaga electric vehicle, based on an analysis of the time of use and adding power with data on the power and time required. The power consumption test uses three conditions, namely a constant speed of 30 Km/hour on a flat road, a stopping speed of up to 30 Km/hour on a flat road, and a constant speed of 30 Km/hour on a 15º sloping road. For additional power use 5A, 10A, and 15A power supplies. The test results show that the farthest mileage is obtained by a constant speed condition of 30 Km/hour on a flat road, which is 38.61 Km and the fastest charging time is a 15A power supply with a time of 4.5 hours.
