Abstract

The purpose of this study is to influence the influence of Perceived Ease of Use,Perceived Benefit, and UserInnovation, on Intention to Re-Use Gopay which is mediated by the role of user attitudes in Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative research method using Smartpls with apopulation in this study of 150 Gopay users in Jakarta who have used Gopay for at least 1 year and live in Jakarta. The results showed that the variable relationship had an influence between User innovation and Attitude, there was no influence between Perceived Ease of Use and Attitude, there was an influence between Perceived Benefit and Attitude, there was an influence between User innovation and Intention to Re-Use, there was an influence between Perceived Ease of Use and Intention to Re-Use, there is no negative and significant effect between the variables Perceived Benefit and Intention to Re-Use, there is an influence between the Re-Use variable and Intention to Attitude, attituted is not proven to be able to mediate the effect between User innovation and Intention to Re-Use, attituted is not proven to be able to mediate the effect between Perceived Ease of Use and Intention to Re-Use and attituted is not proven to be able to mediate the effect between Perceived Benefit and Intention to Re-Use. Keywords: Go pay, e wallet, perceived usefulness, perceived ease to use, social influence, continuing use intention Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengaruh Pengaruh Perceived Ease of Use,Perceived Benefit, dan User Innovation, Terhadap Intention to Re-Use Gopay yang dimediasi peran sikap pengguna di Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan Smartpls dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 pengguna Gopay di Jakarta yang sudah pernah menggunakan Gopay minimal 1 tahun dan berdomisili di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hubungan variabel terdapat pengaruh antara User innovation dan Attitude, tidak terdapat pengaruh antara Perceived Ease of Use dan Attitude, terdapat pengaruh antara Perceived Benefit dan Attitude, terdapat pengaruh antara User innovation dan Intention to Re-Use, terdapat pengaruh antara Perceived Ease of Use dan Intention to Re-Use, tidak terdapat pengaruh negative dan signifikan antara variable Perceived Benefit dan Intention to Re-Use, terdapat pengaruh antara variable Re-Use dan Intention to Attitude, attituted tidak terbukti dapat memediasi pengaruh antara User innovation dan Intention to Re-Use, attituted tidak terbukti dapat memediasi pengaruh antara Perceived Ease of Use dan Intention to Re-Use dan attituted tidak terbukti dapat memediasi pengaruh antara Perceived Benefit danIntention to Re-Use.
