Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama NIM Pembimbing TA Judul : : : : Annisa Martha 41518210071 Raka Yusuf Febriyani S.T, M.TI Pembuatan Aplikasi EVisitor Data Center Berbasis Web Data center memegang peranan vital pada pelayanan untuk internal maupun eksternal. Dukungan data center untuk internal yaitu pemenuhan kebutuhan pegawai untuk akses informasi ke internet dan pelayanan hosting aplikasi dan sistem informasi, sedangkan untuk eksternal dalam hal ini penyediaan informasi yang transparan dan akuntabel kepada Banyaknya tamu ya ng datang, mem pengguna . butuhkan sistem pencatatan yang tepat agar dapat mengetahui informasi dari tamu tersebut. Informasi tersebut akan digunakan untuk melihat asal tamu, kebutuhan tamu, serta frekuensi tamu yang mengunjungi Data Center di BNPB. Selama ini, dalam proses pencata tan tamu nonrutin masih dilakukan secara manual . Masalah yang dihadapi ialah dalam mengelola data, sering terjadinya kehilangan data yang diakibatkan dari hilangnya catatan dalam pros tamu tersebut. Hal tersebut juga dapat mengakibatkan bertambahnya wa ktu es mengelola data serta membuat data yang dilaporkan kepada manajer tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan. Terkait pada penelitian ini maka dibuat aplikasi visitor data center berbasis web untuk para user melakukan checkin sebelum memasuki data cen ter. Aplikasi ini berhubungan dengan visitor untuk bisa berbagi informasi , dimana data visitor diterima oleh admin, untuk mengetahui jam checkin data center, penanggung jawab, perihal dan keamaan bagi admin data center. Data center support for inte rnal is the fulfillment of the needs of employees for access to information to the internet and hosting services applications and information systems, while for e xternal in this case the provision of transparent and accountable information to users. The nu mber of guests who come, requires the right recording system in order to know the information from the guest. The information will be used to see the origin of gu ests, the needs of guests, and the frequency of guests visiting the Data Center at BNPB. Durin g this time, in the process of recording nonroutine guests are still done manually, namely recording using paper. The problem faced is in managing data, often th e occurrence of data loss resulting from the loss of guest recording paper. It can also result in increased time in the process of managing data and making the data reported to managers incompatible with reality. Related to this research, a webbased visi tor data center application was created for users to check in before entering the data center. This application relates to visitors to be able to share information, where visitor data is received by admins, to find out the data center check the p erson in charge, about and the security for the data center admin.
