Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama NIM Pembimbing TA Judul : : : : Robby Nurul Anwar 41518210054 Sabar Rudiarto, M.Kom Aplikasi Pengolahan Data Member Fitness berbasis Web (Studi Kasus : Evolution Gym Cileungsi) Gym merupakan suatu jenis usaha olahraga yang menyediakan jasa Pelayanan dan fasilitasfasilitas olahraga yang dikelola dengan baik dan bermanfaat secara komersial, oleh karena itu gym harus mampu mendaptkan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi kepuasaan kepada customer. Usaha ini bergerak di bidang jasa, maka para pelaku usaha ini pasti bersaing dalam menarik pelanggan sebanyak-banyaknya dan berupaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggannya. Hal ini dilakukan dengan cara menawarkan pelayanan yang bervariasi diantaranya penyediaan sarana dan prasarana yang lengkap dan nyaman sampai penyediaan jasa personal trainer atau instruktur. Perkembangan teknologi komputer saat ini semakin berkembang pesat terutama dalam dunia kerja. Teknologi komputer sudah menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang sangat mendasar dalam membantu segala kegiatan operasional disegala bidang. hal tersebut dimungkinkan karena kebutuhan yang semakin hari semakin menuntut untuk cepat dan tepat dalam menyelesaikan suatu masalah. Salah satunya adalah pengelolaan data member fitness yang mulai menggunakan peran teknologi Pada saat ini Evolution Gym Cileungsi dalam meng input, menyajikan dan mengolah data member fitness masih manual dengan menggunakan form kertas dan buku untuk menyimpan data member nya, dalam hal ini proses peng inputan, pencarian serta penyimpanan data member masih kurang efesien seperti penginputan data secara manual atau mencatat pada form pendaftaran sebelum di pindahkan ke pembukuan sehingga banyak sekali kesulitan yang ada. Maka untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut Evolution Gym Cileungsi memerlukan suatu sistem pengolahan data yang terkomputerisasi yang akan memberikan hasil pengolahan data yang optimal dan didukung dapat mengontrol kegiatannya dengan mudah cepat akurat dan dapat memberikan laporan yang diinginkan secara tepat, cepat dan akurat setiap saat bila dibutuhkan. This business is engaged in services, then these business players must compete in attracting customers as much as possible and strive to improve customer satisfaction. This is done by offering a variety of services including the provision of facilities and infrastructure complete and comfortable to the provision of personal trainer services or instructors. The development of computer technology is currently growing rapidly, especially in the world of work. Computer technology has become a very basic requirement in helping all operational activities in all fields. it is possible because of the increasingly demanding needs to quickly and precisely in solving a problem. One of them is the management of the data member fitness who start using the role of technology At this time Evolution Gym Cileungsi in input, present and process the data member fitness is still manual by using the form of paper and books to store its member data, in this case the input process, search and storage of data members are still less efficient such as input data manually or record on the registration form before the move to the bookkeeping so many difficulties that exist. So to overcome the problem Evolution Gym Cileungsi require a computerized data processing system that will provide optimal data processing results and supported to control its activities easily quickly and accurately and can provide the desired report accurately, quickly and accurately at any time when needed.
