Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Kidung Arya Pikatan NIM : 41518210053 Pembimbing TA : Rushendra, S.Kom, MT Judul : Perancangan Aplikasi Keamanan Data Kriptografi Modern AES-128 (ADVANCED ENCRYPTION STANDARD) Berbasis Website (STUDI KASUS : PUSINFOLAHTA TNI) PUSINFOLAHTA TNI yang berlokasi di Jakarta Timur merupakan Pusat Informasi dan Pengolahan Data TNI (Pusinfolahta TNI) dibentuk berdasarkan Keputusan Panglima TNI Nomor Kep/7/XII/2006 tanggal 5 Desember 2006 sebagai Badan Pelaksana Pusat di tingkat Mabes TNI yang berkedudukan langsung di bawah Panglima TNI. Dalam melakukan kegiatan penelitian ini hasil dari wawancara dan observasi ditemukan sebuah masalah, seperti data dokumen anggota dibuat menggunakan kertas dengan tinta pena dan didalam data dokumen tersebut memiliki isi berupa keterangan, laporan, dan data – data penting. Pada PUSINFOLAHTA TNI, penyimpanan dokumen masih menggunakan sistem manual. Penyimpanan pada dokumen tersebut menggunakan loker penyimpanan arsip storage sesuai dengan berkas data – data tersebut maka dari masalah tersebut penulis merancang aplikasi berbasis website sebagai penglolaan data yang efektif dan lebih aman dengan menerapkan teknik pengamanan yang cukup baik. Peneliti memutuskan menggunakan teknik kriptografi AES (Advanced Encryption Standard), teknik kriptografi ini berfokus kepada data dokumen berbentuk soft copy atau yang telah di convert kedalam format seperti .docx, .ppt, .xls, .pdf dan pada proses enkripsi data tersebut akan tersimpan didalam sistem database MySQL. Pada implementasi pengujian aplikasi dan rancangan program, peneliti memiliki kesimpulan bahwa teknik AES dapat efektif dan aman dalam keamanan dokumen anggota PUSINFOLAHTA TNI guna antisipasi kerusakan dokumen dan meminimalisir bocornya data penting. In conducting this research activity, the results of interviews and observations found a problem, such as a member's data document made using paper with pen ink and in the document containing information in the form of information, reports, and important data. At PUSINFOLAHTA TNI, document storage still uses a manual system. The data document storage uses a storage archive storage locker in accordance with the existing data files, so from this problem the authors design a website-based application as an effective and safer data management by applying fairly good security techniques. The researcher decided to use the AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) cryptography technique, this cryptography technique focuses on document data in the form of soft copies or those that have been converted into formats such as .docx, .ppt, .xls, .pdf and on the process of encrypting the data. will be stored in the MySQL database system. In the implementation of application testing and program design, researchers have concluded that the AES technique can be effective and safe in document security for PUSINFOLAHTA TNI members in order to anticipate document damage and minimize leakage of important data.
