Abstract
ABSTRAK x Nama : Ahmad Saefulloh Muharom NIM : 41518210035 Pembimbing TA : Adi Hartanto, ST,M.Kom Judul : Implementasi Algoritma Haar-Cascade Classifier Pada Sistem Absensi Pengenalan Wajah Baru-baru ini, aplikasi pengenalan wajah meningkat secara signifikan. Beberapa cara sudah dicoba, namun hasilnya belum maksimal. Makalah ini mencoba mengatasi masalah tersebut, dengan menggunakan algoritma haar cascade sebagai pendeteksi wajah, sedangkan pengenalan wajah menggunakan metode histogram pola biner lokal. Sistem ini menggunakan webcam sebagai kamera dan pemrograman memanfaatkan library OpenCV. Some methods have already been tried, but the results have not optimal yet. This paper tries to overcome this problem, using haar cascade as face detection algorithm, whereas face recognition uses local binary pattern histogram method.
