Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Rahmat Subandi NIM : 41518210032 Pembimbing TA : Giri Purnama, S.Pd., M.Kom Judul : Rancang Bangun Aplikasi E-Commerce Dengan Metode User Centered Design Dan Algoritma Apriori Pada Toko Barang Bagus Perkembangan teknologi pada saat ini telah berkembang sangat pesat. Penulis bermaksud membuat sistem website Bernama Toko Barang Bagus untuk melakukan penjualan produk berbasis web, dalam konteks ini masih banyak potensi untuk lebih mengembangkan sistemnya, salah satunya dengan menambahkan fitur rekomendasi produk berdasarkan pola belanja konsumen dengan melihat data transaksi (nota kontan). Pengolahan data diperlukan untuk mengetahui pola serta struktur suatu data sehingga menghasilkan pengetahuan baru. Tujuan pembuatan website Toko Barang Bagus ini adalah untuk memahami sistem penjualan dan strategi penjualan secara online untuk meningkatkan keuntungan dan kemudahan konsumen dalam melakukan pemilihan produk. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem informasi rekomendasi produk menggunakan metode Algoritma Apriori untuk lebih meningkatkan minat beli konsumen dengan menampilkan rekomendasi produk yang relevan. Penggunaan metode User Centered Design untuk mempermudah konsumen dalam menggunakan fasilitas pada website ketika berbelanja dan konsumen berperan penting dalam setiap proses UCD. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Black Box Testing guna mendapatkan fungsionalitas yang baik pada website. Pembuatan website ini menggunakan MySQL sebagai Database Management System (DBMS) dan Framework Laravel sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya, serta rancang bangun menggunakan UML. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan rekomendasi produk sesuai dengan nilai support dan confidence yang telah di menggunakan Association Rules. The author intends to create a website system called Toko Barang Bagus to sell web-based products, in this context there is still a lot of potential to further develop the system, one of which is by adding a product recommendation feature based on consumer spending patterns by looking at transaction data (cash notes). Data processing is needed to find out the pattern and structure of a data so as to produce new knowledge. The purpose of making this Bagus Goods Store website is to understand the sales system and online sales strategy to increase profits and make it easier for consumers to make product selections. Therefore, a product recommendation information system is needed using the Apriori Algorithm method to further increase consumer buying interest by displaying relevant product recommendations. The use of the User Centered Design method to make it easier for consumers to use the facilities on the website when shopping and consumers play an important role in every UCD process. Tests in this study using the Black Box Testing Method in order to get good functionality on the website. Making this website using MySQL as the Database Management System (DBMS) and the Laravel Framework as the programming language, as well as the design using UML. The final result of this research is to get product recommendations in accordance with the support and confidence values that have been used by the Association Rules.
