Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama : Shinta Nadiawati NIM : 41518210007 Pembimbing TA : Sukma Wardhana, S.Kom, M.Kom Judul : Implementasi Metode Electre Pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Konsentrasi Jurusan (Studi Kasus : SMK Bina Pendidikan 2 Bogor) Dalam memilih suatu jurusan saat menduduki SMK merupakan persoalan yang cukup krusial dalam mengetahui kemampuan dari setiap siswa. Maka dari itu penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui jurusan yang sesuai dengan menggunakan metode ELECTRE dengan minat dan bakat siswa, mengingat pemilihan jurusan bagi siswa SMK merupakan awal dari pemilihan karir siswa kedepannya. Jurusan yang ada pada SMK BINA PENDIDIKAN 2 BOGOR ini mempunyai beberapa kriteria, sehingga membuat guru kurikulum kesulitan dalam menentukan jurusan yang berkaitan dengan kriteria dari setiap siswa. Maka dari itu pihak sekolah mengharapkan adanya suatu sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dalam mendukung keputusan untuk menentukan jurusan dan mempermudah guru kurikulum untuk menentukan siswa yang layak. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengadaan sistem pendukung keputusan jurusan pada SMK BINA PENDIDIKAN 2 BOGOR adalah Research and Development (R&D). Penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap ke 6 (enam) dan menghasilkan produk akhir berupa prototype dan tidak sampai pada tahap implementasi produk. Dari keenam langkah yang ada pada metode Research and Development antara lain planning, matrial collecting, developing system, ELECTRE implementation. Metode ELECTRE digunakan untuk melakukan proses penjurusan di SMK BINA PENDIDIKAN 2 BOGOR dengan beberapa kriteria yaitu nilai raport, nilai psikotest, nilai IQ dan minat siswa. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan framework CodeIgniter 3 serta basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian berupa prototype produk aplikasi yang akan diusulkan ke SMK BINA PENDIDIKAN 2 BOGOR yang kemudian akan digunakan jika sistem pendukung keputusan dinyatakan telah memenuhi tujuan yang diharapkan dan hasil penjurusan siswa bisa lebih cepat. Therefore, this research is intended to find out the appropriate majors using the ELECTRE method with the interests and talents of students, considering that the selection of majors for vocational students is the beginning of choosing a student's career in the future. The majors at SMK BINA PENDIDIKAN 2 BOGOR have several criteria, making it difficult for curriculum teachers to determine majors related to the criteria of each student. Therefore, the school hopes for an information system that can assist in supporting decisions to determine majors and make it easier for curriculum teachers to determine worthy students. The research method used in the procurement of a major decision support system at SMK BINA PENDIDIKAN 2 BOGOR is Research and Development (R&D). This research only reached the 6th (sixth) stage and produced a final product in the form of a prototype and did not reach the product implementation stage. Of the six steps in the Research and Development method, including planning, collecting material, developing a system, ELECTER implementation. The ELECTRE method is used to carry out the majoring process at SMK BINA PENDIDIKAN 2 BOGOR with several criteria, namely report cards, psycho test scores, IQ scores and student interests. This application is made with CodeIgniter 3 framework and MySQL database. The results of the research are in the form of an application product prototype that will be proposed to SMK BINA PENDIDIKAN 2 BOGOR which will then be used if the decision support system is declared to have met the expected goals and the results of student majors can be faster.
