Abstract

ABSTRAK Nama Mahasiswa : Mohammad Ferdiansyah NIM : 41517320039 Pembimbing TA : Afiyati, S.Si, MT Judul Tugas Akhir : Perancangan Aplikasi Berbasis Website Pendeteksi Penyakit Umum Dengan Menggunakan Algoritma Certainty Factor Salah satu metode mendiagnosa penyakit yang sering di gunakan adalah menggunakan metode Certainty Factor. Metode Certainty Factor ini dapat mendiagnosa penyakit dengan tingkat keakuratan 80% dengan mengambil data dari gejala yang pasien derita kemudian akan dihitung menggunakan sistem sehingga penyakit yang diderita oleh pasien akan terdiagnosa oleh sistem tersebut. Dengan kemajuan teknologi ini pula, banyak perubahan-perubahan yang sangat signifikan WDLC (Web Development Life Cycle) adalah metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sebuah website. Tahapan-tahapan dalam WDLC terdiri dari Planning, Analisys, Design and Development, Testing dan Implementation and Maintenance. Menggunakan aplikasi berbasis website sangat membantu dalam mengelola data, dan penggunaan Algoritma Certainty Factor akan sangat membantu pasien ataupun dokter dalam mempertimbangkan penyakit yang didiagnosa oleh pasien.Masih ada beberapa klinik yang melakukan pengolahan data secara manual, seperti mengelola data pasien, data obat, data rekam medis pasien, dan lain-lain. Algoritma CF(certainty Factor) sangat membantu untuk mendiagnosa penyakit. This Certainty Factor method can diagnose diseases with an accuracy rate of 80% by taking data from the symptoms suffered by the patient which will then be calculated using the system so that the disease suffered by the patient will be diagnosed by the system. With the advancement of this technology, there have been many significant changes. WDLC (Web Development Life Cycle) is a method used in building a website. The stages in WDLC consist of Planning, Analysis, Design and Development, Testing and Implementation and Maintenance. The use of website-based applications is very helpful in data management, and the use of the Certainty Factor Algorithm will greatly assist patients or doctors in considering the disease diagnosed by the patient. There are still some clinics that do manual data processing, such as managing patient data, drug data, and record data. patient medical, and so on.
