Abstract

Fluid heat concentrator flow on a plastic smelter is affected by temperature conditions. The research aims to analyze the fluid heat storage material at a heat concentrator with a temperature of 200 ° C based on simulation and experimental methods. The results showed that the position of the maximum heat temperature was more dominant at the bottom with 201 ° C minimum temperature of 199 ° C and the results of the heat reduction experiments on paraffin material and the results of temperature reduction based on experiments with the assumption that the initial temperature in the 200 ° C heat concentrator obtained the temperature for the 5th minute is 104 ° C, for the 10th minute is 67 ° C, for the 15th minute is 47 ° C, then it can be concluded that the maximum heat position of the heat concentrator in the simulation is more dominant below and the experimental results of the paraffin heat reduction are longer for save heat. Aliran fluida heat concentrator pada mesin pelebur plastik dipengaruhi kondisi temperatur, Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis material penyimpan panas fluida pada heat concentrator dengan temperatur 200 °C berdasarkan metode simulasi dan eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan letak posisi maksimal temperatur panas lebih dominan di bagian bawah dengan 201°C temperatur minimum 199°C dan hasil dari eksperimen penurunan panas pada material paraffin dan Hasil penurunan temperatur berdasarkan ekperimen dengan asumsi temperatur awal dalam heat concentrator 200 °C didapatkan temperatur untuk menit ke 5 sebesar 104 °C, untuk menit ke 10 sebesar 67 °C, untuk menit ke 15 sebesar 47 °C, Maka dapat disimpulkan posisi panas maksimal pada heat concentrator di simulasi lebih dominan di bawah dan hasil eksperimen penurunan panas paraffin lebih lama untuk menyimpan panas.
