Abstract
Formwork work is the most critical work between all structural work items. The Embarcadero Park Project, is one of the projects that uses conventional formwork. However, the realization in the field is not in accordance with the predetermined schedhule. Therefore, we are eager to implement a system formwork on this project. This study aims to identify what happened when the formwork system was implemented on this project. Data collection techniques using interview methods and direct observation and combined with literature studies. Data processing uses the method of unit price work analysis (AHSP). The results of this study review the time and cost. Work items that were observed were blocks, plates, columns and walls. The location of this research is in the Embarcadero Park Project. From this study, the results of the analysis show that formwork systems are faster and cheaper than conventional formwork. By using formwork the system only needs 115 days to complete the structural work up to the 13th floor while the realization is 216 days. Keywords: AHSP, Formwork, System, Conventional, Structure Pekerjaan bekisting merupakan pekerjaan yang paling kritis dian antara semua item pekerjan struktur. Proyek Embarcadero Park, merupakan salah satu proyek yang menggunakan bekisting konvensional.Akan tetapi realisasi dilapangan tidak sesuai dengan schedhule yang telah ditentukan. Karena itu kami berkeinginan untuk menerapkan bekisting sistem di proyek ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi apa yang terjadi saat bekisting sistem di terapka di proyek ini. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan pengamatan langsung serta dikombinasikan dengan studi literatur. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode analisa harga satuan pekerjaan (AHSP). Hasil dari penelitian ini meninjau waktu dan biaya. Item pekerjaan yang diamati adalah pekerjaan balok, pelat, kolom dan dinding. Lokasi Penelitian ini di Proyek Embarcadero Park. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil analisis bahwa bekisting sistem lebih cepat dan lebih murah dari pada bekisting konvensional. Dengan menggunakan bekisting sistem hanya membutuhkan 115 hari untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan struktur sampai lantai 13 sedangkan realisasinya 216 hari.
