Abstract
This research is focused on the relationship between Father Involvement with Adulut Attachment Style in individuals who are in early adulthood in Islamic Boarding School X, with a total sample of 39 subjects. The research approach used is to use the Explanatory Survey (questionnaire). Data collection was carried out using the Father Involvement scale, and the Adult Attachment scale. The analysis technique uses SPSS version 16. The results of the study show that there is no relationship between Father Involvement and Adult Attachment in early adult individuals who are in Boarding School X. The results of this study are positive views of oneself and others with a type of attachment style secure is the most dominant owned by teachers at Pondok Pesantren X. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada hubungan antara Father Involvement dengan Adult Attachment Style pada Guru yang berada pada masa dewasa awal di Pondok Pesantren X, dengan jumlah sampel 39 subjek. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Explanatory Survey (kuisioner). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Father Involvement, dan skala Adult Attachment. Teknik analisis yang menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak adanya Hubungan antara Father Involvement dengan Adult Attachment pada guru dalam masa dewasa awal yang berada di Pondok Pesantren X. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pandangan postif terhadap diri sendiri dan orang lain dengan jenis gaya kelekatan secure paling dominan yang dimiliki guru di Pondok Pesantren X.
