Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis adanya pengaruh Likuiditas, Leverage, dan Aktivitas terhadap Financial Distress pada Perusahaan Sektor Transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan sampel sebanyak 33 perusahaan di sektor transportasi selama 4 tahun yaitu pada tahun 2016-2019 yang telah memenuhi kriteria. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Current Ratio berpengaruh negatif, Quick Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh positif sedangkan Total Asset Turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap Financial Distress. Dan hasil secara simultan menunjukan bahwa Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Financial Distress. Kata kunci : Likuiditas, Leverage, Aktivitas, Financial Distress The study is to determine and analyze the effect of Liquidity, Leverage, and Activity on Financial Distress in Transportation Sector Companies lised on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples in this study used the purposive sampling method. The population of this study is companies in the have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a sample of 33 companies in the transportation sector for 4 years, namely in 2016-2019 that have met the criteria. The data analysis method used in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that partially the Current Ratio has a negative effect, the Quick Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have a positive effect while the Total Asset Turnover does not affect Financial Distress. And the results simultaneously show that Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover have a significant effect on Financial Distress.
