Abstract

In the present, research and development activities on plantation are developing rapidly which can be seen from the spread of the best plants that produce the best fruit. To get the best specimens, carefulness is needed in the research, but through increasing research and development in the plantation sector, there is a feared on errors of the results or delays in retrieving data in the field. It works using the platform Internet of Things NodeMCU ESP8266 module system, that is integrated with the DHT 11 sensor to support temperature and humidity values and sensor Soil Moisture to monitor soil moisture. Data that can be used in the field for Blynk applications on smartphones. Controls are provided in this system which can be used to connect electric pumps to supply air for research objects. It is expected that the use of this Prototype will help a little in the research parameters in the field. Besides job efficiency and accuracy in recording data, it is also overcome in reducing the level of human error and errors in taking parameters in the field. Keywords: NodeMCU ESP8266 Module, DHT11, Soil Moisture, Blynk Dalam masa sekarang ini, kegiatan penelitian dan pengembangan dalam perkebunan berkembang begitu pesat yang dapat dilihat dari mulai tersebar nya bibit – bibit terbaik perkebunan yang menghasilkan buah, tanaman atau tumbuhan terbaik. Untuk mendapatkan spesimen terbaik dibutuhkan ketelitian dalam penelitian, namun seiring pesat nya penelitian dan pengembangan di sektor perkebunan memunculkan kekhawatiran akan terjadi nya kekeliruan atau keterlambatan dalam pengambilan data – data di lapangan. Bekerja menggunakan basis sistem modul NodeMCU ESP8266 yang di integrasi kan dengan sensor DHT 11 guna memonitoring nilai suhu dan kelembapan serta sensor Soil Moisture guna me-monitoring kelembapan tanah. Data-data yang di dapat di lapangan dikirimkan kepada aplikasi Blynk pada smartphone. Terdapat fungsi kontrol dalam sistem ini yang dapat difungsikan untuk mengendalikan pompa elektrik guna menyuplai air kepada objek penelitian. Diharapkan penggunaan Protoype ini sedikit banyak dapat membantu peneliti dalam mengamati parameter-parameter penelitian di lapangan. Disamping efisiensi pekerjaan dan keakuratan dalam pencatatan data-data, juga di harapkan dalam mengurangi tingkat human error dan kekeliruan dalam pengambilan parameter dilapangan.
