Abstract

In the era of globalization, Transformers have a very important role for our daily lives. In the industrial sector, transformer are used as voltage boosters (step up transformers) and are use as voltage reducers (step down transformers). The quality of electric power operation if the nominal voltage is in accordance with the provisions, but at the time of operation there can be a decrease in voltage so that the quality decreases. For this reason, a voltage regulator is needed so that the voltage is always in tehe best, constant and continuos condition. This tool is called a voltage regulator lead without a load termination, commonly called OLTC (On Load Tap Changer). In this final project a tool has been made to detect the continuity of currents to detect current when the current is cut off which will cause interference and demage the electrical installation equipment and power outages, the method used in this equipment is using the ct ring sensor, contactor, Arduino and led output / buzzer to indicate when the current is interrupted. The test results show that this tool can measure current when the current is uninterrupted. From the tests carried out for 1 hour, there was an increase in the current that occurred, in testing Phasa R the current gain was 2.4 amperes, in Phasa S the current increase was 2.3 amperes, and in Phase T the current increase was 2.4 ampere. The current detection system works well by providing a buzzer / led indicator in a lit condition with a current below 1 ampere. The current detection system using an Arduino based CT sensor provides a level of data accuracy that is not much different from using a tang ampere device, with data accuracy of 99.9 %. Pada era global saat ini, transformator mempunyai peranan sangat penting untuk kehidupan kita sehari-hari. Pada bidang industri, transformator digunakan sebagai penaik tegangan (transformator step up) dan digunakan sebagai penurun tegangan (transformator step down). Kualitas operasi tenaga listrik jika tegangan nominalnya sesuai ketentuan, tapi pada saat operasi dapat saja terjadi penurunan tegangan sehingga kualitasnya menurun, untuk itu diperlukan alat pengatur tegangan agar tegangan selalu pada kondisi terbaik, konstan dan berkelanjutan, Alat ini disebut sebagai sadapan pengatur tegangan tanpa terjadi pemutusan beban, biasa disebut OLTC (On Load Tap Changer). Pada tugas akhir ini telah dibuat alat untuk mendeteksi kontinuitas arus untuk mendeteksi arus apabila arus terputus yang akan mengakibatkan gangguan dan merusak peralatan instalasi listrik dan padam listrik, metode yang digunakan pada peralatan ini yaitu menggunakan sensor ct ring, kontraktor, Arduino dan output led/buzzer untuk mengindikasikan saat terjadinya arus terputus. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa alat ini dapat mengukur arus saat arus tidak terputus. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan selama 1 jam terlihat ada kenaikan arus yang terjadi, pada pengujian Fasa R didapatkan hasil kenaikan arus sebesar 2,4 ampere, pada Fasa S didapatkan hasil kenaikan arus sebesar 2,3 Ampere, dan pada Fasa T didapatkan hasil kenaikan arus sebesar 2,4 Ampere. Sistem deteksi arus bekerja dengan baik dengan memberikan indikator buzzer/led dalam kondisi menyala dengan arus dibawah 1 ampere. Sistem deteksi arus dengan menggunakan sensor CT dengan berbasis Arduino memberikan tingkat ke akurasian data tidak jauh berbeda dengan menggunakan alat tang ampere, dengan data akurasi sebesar 99,9%.
