ABSTRAK Nama dan NIM Pembimbing TA : : Primasani Sihombing Yoga Adi Saputra (418173100 (41817 2 3) 3 100 3 3) Wuwuh Bekti Hartiningsih, ST, MMSI Judul : MONITORING DAN OBSERVASI KESEHATAN KARYAWAN DALAM MENCEGAH APLIKASI PANDEMI COVID BERBASIS WEB (STUDI INDONESIA) Pandemi COVID-- 19 MENGGUNAKAN KASUS: PT SAMICK 19 di Indonesia yang dimulai pada bulan Maret 2020 telah memberikan dampak yang sangat berat terhadap kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk masyarakat pekerja. Dampak langsung maupun tidak langsung 19 dan penyebarannya di tempat kerja memberikan kerugian tersendiri baik bagi pengusaha maupun pekerja. Pandemi COVID dari COVID-- 19 bukan hanya menjadi masalah kesehatan saja, namun juga berdampak pada bidang sosial, ekonomi dan ketenagakerjaan yang dapat mempengaruhi keberlangsungan usaha sehingga dapat mengganggu produksi produktivitas. Sistem aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan untuk memantau kondisi kesehatan dan aktifitas harian setiap karyawan di perusahaan atau instansi tersebut. Guna m engurangi penyebaran COVID19 maka salah satunya harus dimonitor aktifitas harian karyawan. Dari permasalahan yang terjadi, maka muncul sebuah ide untuk membuat aplikasi yang bertujuan untuk mencegah penyebaran COVIDlingkungan perusahaan dan diharap Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, COVIDkan mampu mengatasi masalah tersebut. 19, Monitoring Kesehatan.
