Abstract
ABSTRAK Nama Mahasiswa NIM : Asep Fahrudin : 41815310040 Desa Wanaherang merupakan sebuah kantor instansi pemerintahan di Kecamatan Gunung Putri, Kabupaten Bogor. Permasalahan muncul ketika dalam proses manajemen aset masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum terkendalinya proses monitoring khususnya yang berhubungan dengan manajemen aset . Kantor Desa Wanaherang belum memiliki sistem informasi sehingga dalam pencarian informasi aset menjadi lama yang tersebar dibeberapa titik lokasi maupun ruangan dan media informasi tentang aset masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel, hal ini membuat perubahan data dengan cara mengecek satu per satu dan rentan terjadinya duplikasi karena di simpan pada satu file inventaris. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan aplikasi dashboard yang dapat membantu proses monitoring dan pendataan aset pada Kantor Desa Wanaherang. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebuah aplikasi dashboard sistem informasi manajemen aset yang dapat digunakan oleh pihak Desa Wanaherang nantinya. Problems arise when the asset management process is still carried out manually and the monitoring process has not been controlled, especially those related to asset management. The Wanaherang District Office does not yet have an information system so that in searching for information on assets it becomes old and scattered in several locations and rooms and information media about assets still uses Microsoft Excel, this makes data changes by checking one by one and is prone to duplication because it is stored in one inventory file. This research is expected to produce a dashboard application that can help the process of monitoring and data collection of assets at the Wanaherang District Office. The results obtained in this study is an asset management information system dashboard application that can be used by the Wanaherang District.
