Abstract
PT. Prima Arya Sembada is a diagnostic solution company that offers medical devices. This company has not used information systems in its business processes, only using whatsapp or email in the sales process. Because of this, researchers build an application that can be used by companies in conducting transactions.behavior user when visiting applications built using event log data. Event logs can be analyzed using process mining. Process mining is a technique that connects data analysis with process management. One of the activities in process mining is Process Discovery, which is a collection of processes extracted from event logsto find real business process models. This study discusses how to perform process mining on the event log of an e-commerce application for ordering medical devices. mining process algorithm fuzzy miner to be able to calculate the value of the relative significance and find out clustering of events or activities that occur. This study succeeded in producing several significance, one of the results at a significance 0.435 resulted in 6 events and 3 clusters, namely cluster_14 containing 4 elements (label B (Successful Login), I (Viewing Basket), J (Checkout Details), and K (Checkout)) with a value of 0.110, cluster_17 contains 3 elements (label A (Login Page), C (Register Page), and D (Register)) with value 0.188, and cluster_18 contains 2 elements (label G (View Product Details) and H (Add Cart)) with value 0.315. Keyword— Event log, Aplha Miner Algoritmh, Process Mining. PT. Prima Arya Sembada merupakan suatu perusahaan diagnostic solution yang menawarkan alat-alat kesehatan. Perusahaan ini belum menggunakan sistem informasi dalam proses bisnisnya, hanya menggunakan whatsapp atau email dalam proses penjualannya. Karena hal tersebut, peneliti membangun sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam melakukan transaksi. Dan peneliti ingin menganalisa perilaku user saat mengunjungi aplikasi yang dibangun dengan menggunakan data event log. Event log dapat dianalisis dengan mengggunakan process mining. Process mining merupakan teknik yang menghubungkan analisis data dengan manajemen proses. Salah satu kegiatan dalam process mining adalah Process Discovery. Pada penelitian ini membahas bagaimana melakukan process mining pada event log aplikasi ecommerce pemesanan alat kesehatan. Process mining ini menggunakan algoritma fuzzy miner untuk dapat menghitung nilai dari significance relative dan mengetahui clustering dari event atau activity yang terjadi. Penelitian ini berhasil menghasilkan beberapa nilai significance yang berbeda-beda, salah satu hasil pada nilai significance 0.435 menghasilkan 6 events dan 3 cluster, yaitu cluster_14 berisi 4 elements (label B (Berhasil Login), I (Melihat Keranjang), J (Detail Checkout), dan K (Checkout)) dengan value 0.110, cluster_17 berisi 3 elements (label A (Halaman Login), C (Halaman Register), dan D (Melakukan Register)) dengan value 0.188, dan cluster_18 berisi 2 elements (label G (Melihat Detail Produk) dan H (Menambahkan Keranjang)) dengan value 0.315.
