Abstract

The use of information systems in supporting information systems affects PT ANUGRAH NIAGATAMA PERKASA and almost all aspects of business management. The application of information system technology within the company is not utilized optimally by individual users of information system technology. This leads to a lack of benefits provided by information systems technology Until now PT ANUGRAH NIAGATAMA PERKASA still uses a manual sales system and has not used a computerized system. Starting from the sales transaction process, the income calculation process, data collection on prices of goods and inventory data are also still calculated by manual calculations that are only written on paper or books. This makes the quality of the information obtained is not optimal, less efficient and of course the possibility of misinformation is quite large. In an effort to obtain complete and accurate data, the research method used to collect data, facts and materials with information related to the problem to be discussed, then conduct field research with data collection. Based on the analysis of hardware and software requirements, the proposed system design is declared technologically feasible and can be used. The system is designed using a web-based operational system, so that the resulting information can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Keywords: Implementation of the Inventory Stock System Using the Pieces Metode Method Penggunaan Sistem Informasi dalam menunjang sistem informasi membawa pengaruh terhadap PT ANUGRAH NIAGATAMA PERKASA dan hampir semua aspek dalam pengelolaan bisnis. Penerapan teknologi sistem informasi dalam perusahaan, tidak dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh individu pemakai teknologi sistem informasi. Hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya manfaat yang diberikan oleh teknologi system informasi Sampai saat ini PT ANUGRAH NIAGATAMA PERKASA masih menggunakan sistem penjualan secara manual dan belum menggunakan sistem terkomputerisasi. Mulai dari proses transaksi penjualan, proses perhitungan pendapatan, pendataan harga barang dan data persediaan barang juga masih dihitung dengan perhitungan manual yang hanya ditulis dikertas atau buku. Hal ini membuat kualitas informasi yang didapatkan tidak maksimal, kurang efisien dan tentunya kemungkinan terjadi kesalahan informasi cukup besar. Dalam usaha memperoleh data dan informasi yang lengkap dan akurat, metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, fakta dan keterangan bahan-bahan yang ada hubungannya dengan masalah yang akan dibahas, maka melakukan penelitian studi lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, rancangan sistem yang diusulkan ini dinyatakan layak secara teknologi dan sudah dapat digunakan. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan sistem operasional berbasis web, sehingga informasi yang dihasilkan dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun.
