Abstract

Object of Research is vehicle of city transport serving in secondhand of terminal Cikokol, with congeniality that city transport which is only getting through or turning around direction. Method of data collecting use perception for mengetahi of number of volume and also time of arrival of city transport of during one month. Method of data processing with laminated random sampling, Random sampling modestly, quantifying and Mean at amount sample ( n) = 12 city transport. With the level of time of headaway of between vehicle at the busy hours that is 6.386 minute perhari. Equally have been happened by the resource extravagance, and disagree with what have been specified by Direktorat Bina Marga Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Kota, Diretorat Jendral Perhubungan Darat, expressing that time of among city transport which at close quarters ts route less than 1 minute at the busy hours and 5 minute at the normal hour. Hence can be expressed by that city transport serving Secondhand of Terminal of Cikokol have pass of time which have been determined, disagree with which have been specified by Directorate of General of Communication Land, and Resource extravagance. Objek penelitian adalah kendaraan angkutan kota yang melayani di bekas terminal Cikokol, dengan pengertian bahwa angkutan kota yang hanya melintasi atau memutar arah. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan untuk mengetahi angka volume serta waktu kedatangan angkutan kota selama satu bulan. Metode pengolahan data dengan sampling acak berlapis, Sampling acak sederhana, penjumlahan dan Mean (rata-rata hitung) pada jumlah sample (n) = 12 angkutan kota. Dengan besarnya waktu headaway antar kendaraan pada saat jam sibuk yaitu sekitar 6.386 menit perhari. Dengan kata lain telah terjadi pemborosan sumber daya, dan tidak sesuai dengan apa yang telah ditetapkan oleh Direktorat Bina Marga Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Kota, Diretorat Jendral Perhubungan Darat, yang menyatakan bagwa waktu antara angkutan kota yang berhimpitan trayeknya kurang dari 1 menit pada saat jam sibuk dan 5 menit pada saat jam normal. Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa angkutan kota yang melayani Bekas Terminal Cikokol telah melewati waktu yang telah ditentukan, tidak sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Direktorat Jendral Perhubungan Darat, dan melakukan pemborosan Sumber daya
