Abstract

To this time emulation and growth which fast so specially industry area and also in claiming to yield gilt edged product as according to desire customer. Quality marginally are the overall of product character or characteristic or service in target of him to fulfill customer expectation and reguirement. PT. JBI is companies of PC. SHEET PILES product. At this research study about quality control to look for cause factor the happening of defect. In course of proces production in companies have implementation quality control, where this shares handling quality from product yield by companies. Implementation of quality control can be conducted by observation or inspection to this self product. Seven tools can be used as tools to improve repair quality of product and lessen the amount of defect product. For test data still in control hence data processing we are map of controller of and p-chart. Key words : - Quality - Quality control - Pc. Sheet Piles - Seven Tools Pada masa sekarang ini perkembangan dan persaingan yang begitu pesat terutama dibidang perindustrian dan juga dituntut untuk menghasilkan produk-produk yang bermutu tinggi sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen. Kualitas secara garis besar adalah keseluruhan ciri atau karakteristik produk atau jasa dalam tujuannya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pelanggan. PT. JBI adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi PC. SHEET PILES. Pada penelitian ini membahas tentang pengendalian kualitas untuk mencari faktor penyebab terjadinya cacat. Dalam proses produksinya perusahaan telah menerapkan pengendalian kualitas, dimana bagian ini menangani kualitas dari produk yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan. Penerapan pengendalian kualitas dapat dilakukan dengan cara pemeriksaan atau pengawasan terhadap produk itu sendiri. Tujuh alat dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk memperbaiki kualitas dan mengurangi jumlah produk cacat. Untuk menguji data masih terkendali maka pengolahan data yang dipakai adalah peta pengendali p.
