Abstract

His end duty studies about stability analysis and kapability at machine cutting lithium in PT FDK INDONESIA. In execution processed cutting lithium manifestly from time any time , quality of lithium yielded tends to varying and often finds of value is outside specification, causing process seen to be unstable. Lithium is active agent as negative pole or anode in cell battery lithium, if in process of cutting lithium there is instable will influence liftime from the battery. Lithium is characteristic quality of stall ( Critical to Quality/CTQ) from battery coin lithium, because of lithium relates to durability process. This situation gives negative impact to company, especially from the angle of customer satisfaction. Analysis to stability and process kapability need to be done to prove and clarifies existence of problems especially at taking place process. Analysis done with making stability analysis by using QC seven tools ( 7 equipment of quality control) but is in the application of this research writer only apply 4 out of seven equipment of the control and bound process kapability CTQ. In identifying variation at process, writer tries studies usage of information technology with software SPC KISS and Minitab at implementation four of seven popular statistical method applied in analysing quality, namely Check Sheet, Pareto Diagram, Control Charts, Cause-and-Effect Diagram. Research result emphasized at by CTQ cutting lithium to indicate that process in condition of less stably with still there is external data of specification, because kapability process only can be done if process in a state of stable hence report needs instability. For result of kapability analysis to indicate that process is assumed indigent to fulfill standard specification of company. From result of analysis applies fishbone diagram is obtained information that core factors causing unstability of process is material, and machine. Repair proposal and operation also given in this research. Key word : Lithium Battrey, CTQ, Stabilitas proses, Kapabilitas proses. Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang analisa stabilitas dan kapabilitas pada mesin cutting lithium di PT FDK Indonesia. Dalam pelaksanaan proses cutting lithium secara nyata dari waktu-kewaktu, kualitas lithium yang dihasilkan cenderung bervariasi dan sering ditemukannya nilai diluar spesifikasi, sehingga proses dilihat tidak stabil. Lithium merupakan bahan aktif sebagai kutub negatif atau anode didalam cell baterai lithium, apabila dalam proses cutting lithium terdapat ketidak stabilan akan mempengaruhi liftime dari baterai tersebut. Lithium merupakan karakteristik kualitas kritis (Critical to Quality/CTQ) dari baterai coin lithium, dikarenakan lithium berkaitan dengan durability proses. Keadaan ini memberikan dampak negatif bagi perusahaan, terutama dari segi kepuasan pelanggan. Analisis terhadap stabilitas dan kapabilitas proses perlu dilakukan untuk membuktikan dan memperjelas adanya permasalahan terutama pada proses yang berlangsung. Analisis dilakukan dengan membuat analisa stabilitas dengan menggunakan QC seven tools (7 alat kendali mutu) tapi didalam aplikasi penelitian ini penulis hanya menggunakan 4 dari tujuh alat kendali yang ada dan kapabilitas proses terhadapa CTQ. Dalam mengidentifikasi variasi pada proses, penulis mencoba membahas penggunaan teknologi informasi dengan software SPC KISS dan Minitab pada implementasi empat dari tujuh metode statistik yang populer digunakan dalam analisis kualitas, yakni Check Sheet, Pareto Diagram, Control Charts, Cause-and-Effect Diagram. Hasil penelitian yang ditekankan pada CTQ cutting lithium menunjukkan bahwa proses dalam kondisi kurang stabil dengan masih terdapat data yang diluar spesifikasi, karena proses kapabilitas hanya bisa dilakukan apabila proses dalam keadaan stabil maka data perlu distabilkan.Dari hasil analisa kapabilitas menunjukkan bahwa proses dianggap kurang mampu memenuhi standar spesifikasi perusahaan. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan diagram tulang ikan diperoleh informasi bahwa faktor-faktor inti yang menyebabkan ketidak stabilan proses adalah material, dan mesin. Usulan perbaikan dan pengendalian juga diberikan dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Baterai Lithium, CTQ, Stabilitas proses, Kapabilitas proses.
