Abstract

In today's technological era, society has started to change the old system into computerized system to create more effective and efficient, that's why companies need an information system that can support the attendance and salary system properly. Here, there is a solution that will be provided by designing and apply attendance and salary information computerized system, integrated with fingerprints, and interfaces for databases and applications according to company needs. That The research methodology used is pieces method, this method identifies problems with perform analysis, design, coding, testing/verification, and maintenance Then, we can finally find the problem of analysis. The result achieved is attendance and a useful salary information system for companies and also provide services to administrators and employees well. Conclusion from this research is that this system becomes solutions for companies to provide the best service to owners and general managers at manage attendance and salary data, this The system also provides services to employees for personal attendance and real salary information time and transparent, with the pieces method can find answers to existing problems at the company. Keywords: Application, Website, Payroll Attendance, Payroll\ Di era teknologi seperti sekarang ini,masyarakat sudah mulai merubah sistem lama menjadi system komputerisasi untuk menciptakan lebih banyak efektif dan efisien, itulah sebabnya perusahaan membutuhkan suatu system informasi yang dapat mendukung sistem absensi dan gaji dengan baik. Di Sini ada solusi yang akan diberikan dengan mendesain dan menerapkan informasi kehadiran dan gaji sistem yang terkomputerisasi, terintegrasi, dan antarmuka untuk database dan aplikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pieces metode, metode ini mengidentifikasi masalah dengan melakukan analisis, desain,coding, testing/verification, dan maintenance Kemudian, kita akhirnya dapat menemukan masalah dari analisis. Hasil yang dicapai adalah kehadiran dan sistem informasi gaji yang berguna untuk perusahaan dan juga memberikan layanan kepada administrator dan karyawan dengan baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sistem ini menjadi solusi bagi perusahaan untuk memberikan layanan yang terbaik kepada pemilik dan manajer umum di mengelola data kehadiran dan gaji, ini sistem juga memberikan layanan kepada karyawan untuk kehadiran pribadi dan informasi gaji secara nyata waktu dan transparan, dengan metode pieces dapat menemukan jawaban untuk yang adamasalah di perusahaan.
