Abstract
This research was conducted at a company engaged in finance, one of which is credit. The credit distribution target set by management must be achieved. Achieving the loan disbursement target is highly dependent on the demand for credit. Credit demand is influenced by several factors, namely interest rates, services, procedures, time periods, guarantees, and technology. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of interest rates, services, procedures, time periods, guarantees, and technology on credit demand. The research data was collected through a questionnaire involving 100 respondents, namely mortgage credit customers. Data analysis in this study used the PLS-SEM approach. The results of this study show that interest rates, services, procedures, terms, guarantees, and technology have a significant influence on credit demand. Keywords : mortgage loan, credit demand, loan, mortgage. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada suatu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang keuangan yang salah satu produk nya yaitu kredit. Target penyaluran kredit yang ditetapkan oleh manajemen harus dapat dicapai. Pencapaian target penyaluran kredit sangat tergantung pada permintaan kredit. Permintaan kredit dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu suku bunga, pelayanan, prosedur, jangka waktu, jaminan, dan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh suku bunga, pelayanan, prosedur, jangka waktu, jaminan, dan teknologi terhadap permintaan kredit. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan melibatkan 100 responden yaitu nasabah kredit mortgage. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan PLS-SEM. Hasil dari studi ini diperoleh bahwa suku bunga, pelayanan, prosedur, jangka waktu, jaminan, dan teknologi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap permintaan kredit.
