Abstract

PT Kosada Group Indonesia is a company engaged in providing call center applications and customer relationship management located at Daan Mogot 1 Street, Block B8, Grogol, Petamburan, West Jakarta. In carrying out the duties and responsibilities of each employee, PT Kosada Group Indonesia has various levels of structured positions including Company Leaders, Supervisors, and Employees. Every year a work meeting is held to discuss matters relating to the implementation of tasks and work planning. One of the agenda is the selection of the best employees at PT Kosada Group Indonesia. The purpose of selecting the best employees is to increase employee morale in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The selection of the best employees is carried out by an assessment team, namely company leaders and supervisors. The employees who will be selected are determined based on the criteria and weight values that have been determined by PT Kosada Group Indonesia, namely the value of attitude, value of attendance, value of communication skills, value of knowledge, value of motivation and value of initiative. However, in its application, there are still some obstacles, such as the owner of PT Kosada Group Indonesia having difficulty in determining the priorities of the many criteria for qualified employees, resulting in an inaccurate assessment. The owner also has difficulty in the calculation process and data processing which is still fragmentary, resulting in the process of determining the best employee being less than optimal and the absence of ranking from the final assessment results so that the owner cannot know the list of results for the best employee assessment. Therefore, based on the above problems, it is necessary to build a Decision Support System (DSS) to be able to assess the best employee performance. Key words: Best Employee, Decision Support System, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Simple Additive Weighting PT Kosada Group Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan aplikasi call center dan customer relationship management yang berlokasi di Jalan Daan Mogot 1, Blok B8, Grogol, Petamburan, Jakarta Barat. Dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab setiap karyawannya, PT Kosada Group Indonesia memiliki berbagai tingkatan jabatan terstruktur diantaranya Pimpinan Perusahaan, Supervisor, dan Karyawan. Setiap tahun diadakan rapat kerja guna membahas hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan tugas dan perencanaan kerja. Salah satu agendanya adalah pemilihan karyawan terbaik pada PT Kosada Group Indonesia. Tujuan dari pemilihan karyawan terbaik adalah agar meningkatkan semangat karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Pemilihan karyawan terbaik dilakukan oleh tim penilai, yaitu Pimpinan perusahaan dan supervisor. Karyawan yang akan dipilih ditentukan berdasarkan kriteria dan nilai bobot yang sudah ditetapkan PT Kosada Group Indonesia yaitu nilai sikap, nilai kehadiran, nilai kemampuan komunikasi, nilai pengetahuan, nilai motivasi dan nilai inisiatif. Namun pada penerapannya masih ditemui beberapa kendala seperti pemilik PT Kosada Group Indonesia kesulitan dalam menentukan prioritas dari banyak kriteria karyawan yang berkualitas sehingga mengakibatkan penilaian menjadi kurang tepat. Pemilik juga kesulitan dalam proses perhitungan dan pengolahan data yang masih terpisah-pisah sehingga mengakibatkan proses menentukan karyawan terbaik kurang maksimal dan belum adanya perangkingan dari hasil penilaian akhir sehingga pemilik tidak dapat mengetahui daftar hasil untuk penilaian karyawan terbaik. Oleh karena itu berdasarkan permasalahan diatas maka perlu di bangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) untuk dapat menilai kinerja karyawan terbaik.
