Abstract

The warehouse management system is one of the supports and an important part of the running of a company. At the PT Gapura Angkasa company which is engaged in aviation transportation services and one of its services is a ground handling service provider, where this service is very important because it ensures the flight readiness of an airline, and there must always be the availability of goods, equipment, and spare parts needed for the ground handling process can run smoothly. The research was conducted on the maintenance of the unit with the most role in the availability of equipment in ground handling operations, starting with direct observation on the maintenance of the PT Gapura Angkasa area then continued with literature and problem analysis. Based on the analysis of the problemdetermined using the ABC classification method, Vital Essential Desirable (VED), Fast Slow Non-Moving (FSN) for the management of spare parts for maintenance as the most appropriate solution approach to company conditions where goods or spare parts will be labeled with three a method in which the ABC method is used to group goods based on the intensity or part used where the goods or parts with the highest level of use will fall into category A, the goods with the medium intensity of use will fall into category B, and the use of the goods or parts with the lowest intensity will be included in category C. Then for the VED method is the grouping of goods or parts based on the vitality or importance of an item or part that increases the importance of the item or part to increase the priority of the item or part available. The FSN method is a grouping of goods or parts based on three, namely Fast for categories of goods or parts that quickly run out or leave the warehouse, Slow for categories of goods that are slow to come out of the law, and Non-Moving for categories of goods that have never even come out the longest. from the barn. Furthermore, the system design is carried out according to the business process flow obtained from observations, until the system development is carried out with the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter framework. The result of this research is a web-based spare parts management prototype program that applies the ABC VED FSN classification method. Keywords— groundhandling, maintenance, ABC VED FSN classification. Sistem pengelolaan gudang merupakan salah satu penunjang dan bagian penting dari berjalannya sebuah perusahaan. Pada perusahaan PT Gapura Angkasa yang bergerak di bidang jasa transportasi penerbangan dan salah satu layanannya adalah penyedia jasa ground handling, di mana jasa ini sangat penting karena memastikan kesiapan penerbangan sebuah maskapai udara, dan harus selalu tersedianya barang, peralatan, dan spare parts yang dibutuhkan agar proses ground handling dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Penelitian dilakukan spesifik pada unit maintenance dengan peran terbanyak terhadap ketersediaan alat dalam operasional ground handling, diawali observasi langsung pada area maintenance PT Gapura Angkasa cabang Cengkareng kemudian kemudain dilanjutkan tinjauan literature dan analisa masalah. Berdasarkan analisa permasalahan ditentukan penggunaan metode klasifikasi ABC, Vital Essential Desirable (VED), Fast Slow Non-Moving (FSN) untuk pengelolaan suku cadang untuk maintenance sebagai pendekatan solusi yang paling sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan dimana barang atau spare parts akan dilabeli dengan ke tiga metode di mana metode ABC digunakan untuk mengelompokan barang berdasarkan intensitas barang atau parts digunakan di mana barang atau parts yang tingkat penggunaannya tertinggi akan masuk dalam kategori A, barang yang intensitas penggunaan menegah akan masuk dalam kategori B, dan penggunaan barang atau parts dengan intensitas terendah akan masuk dalam kategori C. Lalu untuk metode VED adalah pengelompokan barang atau parts berdasarkan ke vitalan atau kepentingan nilai dari suatu barang atau parts tersebut semakin penting barang atau parts semakin tinggi prioritas barang atau parts tersbut tersedia. Metode FSN adalah pengelompokan barang atau parts berdasarkan tiga kategori yaitu Fast untuk kategori barang atau parts yang cepat habis atau keluar dari gudang, Slow untuk kategori barang yang lambat keluar dari gundang, dan Non-Moving untuk kategori barang yang paling lama bahkan tidak pernah keluar dari gundang. Selanjutnya dilakukan perancangan sistemsesuai dengan alur proses bisnis yang diperoleh dari observasi, hingga dilakukan pengembangan sistem dengan bahasa pemrograman php dan framework codeigniter. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototype program pengelolaan suku cadang berbasis web yang menerapkan metode klasifikasi ABC VED FSN.
