Abstract

In the process of implementing construction, construction projects require labor as one of the factors that determine the quality and success of a job. To produce work that is in accordance with the plan that has been done on the construction project is strongly influenced by the level of worker productivity. Productivity is used as a measure of whether a project is implemented effectively and efficiently or not. With good productivity will be able to minimize costs and implementation time. In fact, in the implementation of construction projects are often found low labor effectiveness and productivity. The problems that arise are lack of awareness and the existence of ineffective activities carried out by the workforce, often the existence of ineffective activities carried out by the workforce, such as idleness, chatting, drinking, smoking and others that ultimately cause labor productivity to decrease and become the cause of low work produced. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the productivity of workers in the construction project of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road Pekanbaru – Padang Section Pekanbaru – Bangkinang, especially in the rigid pavement pavement pavement work workforce using the work sampling method with a five-minute rating and productivity rating approach. The data needed in the research is primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes the amount of labor and observation data, while secondary data includes data from companies, namely time schedules and shopdrawing. And there is expert validation to eliminate the results of the research conducted. From the research that has been carried out, the results of the analysis of the level of productivity with the work sampling method with the Five Minutes Rating approach resulted in a value of 60.03% and with the productivity rating approach resulted in a value of 57.14%. Dalam proses pelaksanaan konstruksi, proyek konstruksi memerlukan tenaga kerja sebagai salah satu faktor yang menentukan kualitas dan keberhasilan suatu pekerjaan. Untuk menghasilkan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan rencana yang sudah dikerjakan pada proyek konstruksi sangat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat produktivitas pekerja. Produktivitas digunakan sebagai suatu ukuran apakah proyek dilaksanakan secara efektif dan efisien atau tidak. Dengan adanya produktivitas yang baik akan dapat meminimalkan biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan. Pada kenyataannya, dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi seringkali dijumpai efektivitas dan produktivitas tenaga kerja yang rendah. Permasalahan yang timbul yaitu kurangnya kesadaran dan adanya kegiatan yang tidak efektif dilakukan oleh tenaga kerja, seringkali adanya kegiatan yang tidak efektif dilakukan oleh tenaga kerja, seperti menganggur, mengobrol, minum, merokok dan lain lain yang pada akhirnya menyebabkan produktivitas tenaga kerja menurun dan menjadi penyebab rendahnya pekerjaan yang dihasilkan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa produktivitas pekerja pada proyek konstruksi pembangunan Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera Ruas Pekanbaru – Padang Seksi Pekanbaru – Bangkinang, khususnya pada tenaga kerja pekerjaan perkerasan rigid pavement menggunakan metode work sampling dengan pendekatan five minutes rating dan productivity rating. Data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer meliputi jumlah tenaga kerja dan data pengamatan, sedangkan data sekunder meliputi data dari perusahaan yaitu time schedule dan shopdrawing. Serta terdapat validasi pakar guna melegalitaskan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan hasil analisis tingkat produktivitas dengan metode work sampling dengan pendekatan Five Minutes Rating menghasilkan nilai sebesar 60.03% dan dengan pendekatan productivity rating menghasilkan nilai 57.14%.
