Abstract

Skin is the outermost organ of the body that covers the human body. The skin has an outer surface of the skin (pores) where sweat is released. The condition of a person's skin varies greatly from time to time depending on the health of the person and the factors that influence it, including the atmosphere at work or at home, the condition of food intake, lifestyle and hormonal balance. Currently, many types of skin care products are offered, both at high prices and even very cheap. In addition, there are some product content of these care products that are not guaranteed safety in their use. Lack of knowledge about the content of appropriate skin care products will cause new problems for skin health. Therefore, proper knowledge of skin analysis is needed, one of which is knowing the type of facial skin. In this study, researchers used 2 methods, namely Forward Chaining, and Certainty Factor which can identify the type of human facial skin, and determine the type of skin care product that is appropriate for the type of facial skin. Keyword : Certainty Factor, Forward Chaining, Kulit, Skincare. Kulit merupakan organ terluar dari tubuh yang melapisi tubuh manusia. Kulit memiliki permukaan luar kulit (pori-pori) yang menjadi tempat keluarnya keringat. Keadaan kulit seseorang sangat bervariasi dari waktu ke waktu tergantung pada kesehatan dari orang tersebut dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya, termasuk suasana tempat kerja atau keadaan dirumah, kondisi asupan makanan, gaya hidup dan keseimbangan hormonal. Saat ini, banyak jenis produk perawatan kulit yang ditawarkan, baik dengan harga yang mahal bahkan sangat murah. Selain itu, terdapat beberapa kandungan produk dari produk perawatan tersebut tidak terjamin keamanan dalam pemakaiannya. Kurangnya pengetahuan akan kandungan produk perawatan kulit yang sesuai akan menimbulkan masalah baru bagi kesehatan kulit. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pengetahuan analisa kulit yang tepat dimana salah satunya mengetahui jenis kulit wajah. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan 2 metode, yaitu Forward Chaining, dan Certainty Factor yang dapat mengidentifikasi jenis kulit wajah manusia, serta menentukan jenis produk perawatan (skin care) yang tepat sesuai jenis kulit wajah. Kata Kunci: Certainty Factor, Forward Chaining, Kulit, Skincare.
