Abstract

Inspection Container adalah proses pemeriksaan fisik peti kemas. Sistem billing merupakan sistem yang membantu wirausahawan untuk mengatur dan mencatat segala transaksi yang terjadi. Kondisi yang terjadi saat ini di perusahaan PT Multi Terminal Indonesia cabang common area yaitu dimana proses request planning untuk inspection container (Pemeriksaan Fisik Peti Kemas) oleh customer serangkaiannya masih dilakukan secara manual. Customer harus datang langsung ke pelabuhan dengan membawa kelengkapan dokumen pabean, melakukan validasi dokumen dan mendapatkan gatepass behandle secara langsung hingga proses pembayaran sampai mendapatkan Invoice dan Gatepass Behandle. Salah satu kendala yang sering dialami yaitu dokumen customer belum lengkap atau ada kesalahan dan perlu diperbaiki, customer harus datang lagi ke PT Multi Terminal Indonesia untuk menyerahkan kekurangan atau perbaikan dokumen tersebut. Petugas billing juga kerap mengalami kesalahan penulisan harga dasar yang mengakibatkan kesalahan total penagihan. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, memunculkan suatu gagasan untuk membuat aplikasi yang dapat membantu kegiatan request planning sampai billing agar dapat dilakukan secara online. Untuk pengembangan sistem penulis menggunakan metode waterfall, pemodelan menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Analisa bisnis proses berjalan menggunakan Rich Picture diagram, analisa masalah menggunakan Fishbone diagram. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kualifatif dan pengujian sistem menggunakan Black Box Testing (User Acceptant Test). Dari pengujian Black Box didaapatkan hasil 100% yang menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan. Sistem (BBOS) yang didukung dengan tersedianya jaringan internet diharapkan dapat menjadi media pengontrol dan akan mempermudah masingmasing stakeholder dalam monitoring atas kegiatan pemeriksaan fisik sampai proses pembayaran hingga reporting. Kata Kunci: Pemeriksaan Fisik Peti Kemas, Planning, Invoice, Billing, Black Box Testing. Inspection Container is the process of physically inspecting a container. The billing system is a system that helps entrepreneurs to manage and record all transactions that occur. The current condition in PT Multi Terminal Indonesia's general area branch is where the planning of requests for container inspection by customers for physical conditions is still done manually. Customers must come directly to the port with complete customs documents, validate documents and get a gatepass behandle directly to process payments until they get an Invoice and Gatepass Behandle. One of the obstacles that are often experienced is that the customer's document has not been or there is an error and needs to be corrected, the customer must come again to PT Multi Terminal Indonesia to complete the lack or repair of the document. Billing clerks also often experience errors in writing the base price which results in a total billing error. With these problems, it gave rise to an idea to create an application that can help planning requests to billing so that it can be done online. For system development the author uses the waterfall method, modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language). Business analysis runs using Rich Picture diagrams, problem analysis using Fishbone diagrams. Data collection using qualitative methods and system testing using Black Box Testing (User Acceptant Test). From the Black Box testing, 100% results are obtained which indicate that the system is working as needed. The system (BBOS) supported by the availability of an internet network is expected to be a media controller and facilitate each stakeholder in monitoring physical activities to processing payments to reporting.
