Abstract

User behavior in simple terms is defined as user behavior referring to the way users interact with the product. PT. Prima Arya Sembada as a supplier and provider of medical devices has started using the website so that regular buyers and prospective buyers can easily order their medical devices. Every user's activities while using the website will be recorded and stored in data storage, the data can be used as an event log. Event logs are data from a process in which there are events, the events of which can be analyzed using process mining to discover, observe, and improve real processes. Process Discovery as a part of process mining helps visualize and simulate the process obtained from the event log to be able to understand a series of activities that occur in the process. Because the event log data is obtained through website user clicks, which access can be done from anywhere without going through the main website address, the resulting process becomes complex and unstructured, this can make it difficult to analyze. Fuzzy Miner as a process mining algorithm to perform discovery is able to solve data problems resulting from complex and less structured processes, then by applying Edge Filtering parameters it is able to simplify the activity/process relations of user activities. As a result, it can be seen that there are several relations or user activity processes that are omitted due to the less significant level of occurrence. Key Words : Process Mining, Fuzzy Miner, Discovery, User Behavior User behavior dalam istilah sederhana diartikan sebagai perilaku pengguna mengacu pada cara pengguna berinteraksi dengan produk. PT. Prima Arya Sembada sebagai supplier dan penyedia alat Kesehatan mulai menggunakan website agar pembeli tetap maupun calon pembeli dapat dengan mudah melakukan pemesanan alat Kesehatan mereka. Setiap aktivitas-aktivitas pengguna selama menggunakan situs web akan direkam dan disimpan ke dalam penyimpanan data, data tersebut dapat dijadikan event log. Event log merupakan data-data dari suatu proses yang didalamnya terdapat kejadian (event), yang kejadian tersebut dapat dilakukan analisa menggunakan process mining untuk menemukan (discovery), mengamati, dan meningkatkan proses nyata. Process Discovery sebagai salah satu bagian dari process mining membantu memvisualisasi dan mensimulasikan proses yang di dapat dari event log untuk dapat memahami serangkaian aktivitas-aktivitas yang terjadi di dalam proses. Karena data event log yang didapatkan melalui klik pengguna situs web yang aksesnya bisa dilakukan dari mana saja tanpa melalui alamat situs utama, maka proses yang dihasilkan pun menjadi kompleks dan kurang terstruktur, hal ini dapat mempersulit untuk dilakukan analisa. Fuzzy Miner sebagai algoritma process mining untuk melakukan discovery mampu menyelesaikan masalah data yang dihasilkan dari proses yang kompleks dan kurang terstruktur. kemudian dengan menerapkan parameter Edge Filteringmampu menyderhanakan relasi aktivitas / proses aktivitas pengguna. Hasilnya dapat diketahui terdapat beberapa relasi atau proses aktivitas pengguna yang dihilangkan karena tingkat kemunculannya yang kurang significance.
