Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between personal goals and agility of xxx private banking employees in Jakarta. The respondents who were successfully collected were as many as 112 bank employees. The instruments or measuring instruments in this study used a scale adapted based on the W-BNS (Work- Basic Need Satisfaction) self-determination theory of 23 items (Deci and Ryan, 2000) with reliability tests in this study getting the Cronbach's Alpha number of 0.849 and an agility scale made based on the theory from De Meuse (2015) and had been researched several times by Irma Himmatul Aliyyah M.Psi, Psi with reliability tests in this study obtained Cronbach's Alpha number of 0.915. Statistical test analysis of data processing using mean, standard deviation (SD) and Spearman Rank correlation techniques. The result obtained is that there is a positive and significant relationship between personal goals and agility employee’s owned. Keywords: personal goals, agility Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara personal goals dengan agility karyawan perbankan swasta XXX di Jakarta. Responden yang berhasil dikumpulkan adalah sebanyak 112 karyawan bank. Instrumen atau alat ukur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala yang diadaptasi berdasarkan teori self-determination W-BNS (Work-Basic Need Satisfaction) sebanyak 23 item (Deci dan Ryan, 2000) dengan uji reliabilitas dalam penelitian ini mendapatkan angka Cronbach’s Alpha 0,849 dan skala agility yang dibuat berdasarkan teori dari De Meuse (2015) dan pernah dilakukan penelitian beberapa kali oleh Irma Himmatul Aliyyah M.Psi, Psi dengan uji reliabilitas dalam penelitian ini mendapatkan angka Cronbach’s Alpha 0,915. Analisis uji statistik pengolahan data menggunakan angka nilai rata-rata (mean), standar deviasi (SD) dan teknik korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara personal goals dengan agility yang dimiliki karyawan perbankan swasta XXX di Jakarta dengan r = 0,760 dan p = 0,000. Angka tersebut memiliki arti bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat personal goals yang dimiliki karyawan, maka akan semakin tinggi pula tinggat agility-nya. Kata Kunci: personal goals, agility
