Abstract

With very fast Information Technology Systems have developed and help customers and Café workers in the ordering process to the payment process. Ropang Loilo (RL), a Café can take advantage of the use case (UC) feature of the digital information system to support daily operational activities. By utilizing a web-based application, Café RL customers can now access the Café RL Menu using a mobile phone to place an order. Previously, Café workers were required to come to the customer's table, offer the menu and wait until the customer finished placing an order. The manual ordering procedure at the current RL café which does not yet have a web-based application often slows down the ordering process and reduces the efficiency of the number of Café workers, thus affecting the Café's operational costs. Information System at the Café Using the Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) using the Use Case (UC) mechanism through a web-based system will facilitate the ordering process to the payment process at Café RL. Using qualitative research methods (Observation, Literature Study and Interview) followed by PIECES Analysis (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency and Service) which contributes to providing RL a quick assessment of the main benefits and advantages of the existing system, and aims to make RL continue to innovate and improve the use of today's technology applications. And by using the Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM), the Café Information System was created. Keywords: Café, Dynamic Systems Development Method, Qualitative Research Method, PIECES Analysis Dengan sangat pesat Sistem Teknologi Informasi telah berkembang dan membantu pelanggan dan pekerja Café dalam melakukan proses pemesanan hingga proses pembayaran. Ropang Loilo (RL), sebuah Café dapat memanfaatkan fitur use case (UC) dari sistem informasi digital untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional harian. Dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi berbasis web, pelanggan Café RL sekarang dapat mengakses Menu Café RL dengan menggunakan handphone untuk melakukan pemesanan. Sebelumnya, pekerja Café diharuskan mendatangi meja pelanggan, menawarkan menu yang ada dan menunggu hingga pelanggan selesai melakukan pemesanan. Prosedur pemesanan manual pada café RL sekarang ini yang belum mempunyai aplikasi berbasis web sering kali memperlambat proses pemesanan dan mengurangi efisiensi jumlah pekerja Café, sehingga berpengaruh ke biaya operasional Café. Sistem Informasi Pada Café Dengan Menggunakan Metode Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) ini menggunakan mekanisme Use Case (UC) melalui sistem berbasis web akan memudahkan proses pemesanan hingga proses pembayaran pada Café RL. Menggunakan metode penelitian secara kualitatif (Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Interview) dilanjutkan dengan Analisa PIECES (Kinerja, Informasi, Ekonomi, Kontrol, Efisiensi dan Layanan) yang berkontribusi memberikan RL sebuah penilaian cepat tentang manfaat utama dan keunggulan sistem yang ada, dan bertujuan supaya RL terus berinovasi dan meningkatkan penggunaan aplikasi teknologi saat ini. Dan dengan menggunakan Metode Dynamic Systems Development Method(DSDM), Sistem Informasi Pada Café dibuat.
