Abstract

Production planning strategies in franchise manufacturing companies greatly affect the company's excision. One of the things that supports production is the fulfillment of good raw materials. PT. Raja Top Food has an ordering strategy with an unspecified lead time and does not yet have a system that fits the company that cannot be done. Based on the explanation above, it is necessary to plan the fulfillment of raw materials so that stocks do not accumulate and are not lacking, and production is carried out according to the target in order to be able to send product requests to customers. The purpose of this study is to make a policy of fulfilling dry raw materials of PT. Raja Top Food becomes more economical based on the comparison of the results of the analysis of the probabilistic Q and probabilistic methods P with lost sales prudence. The results obtained are raw materials for Corn Flour, Granulated Sugar, MSG, Wheat Flour and Cooking Oil, probabilistic Q method and raw materials for Fine Salt and Sago Flour, the Probabilistic P method, producing better values compared to the fulfillment of raw materials carried out by the company in May 2021 – January 2022. The result of efficiency that can be done by the company is Rp. 202,730,798 Keywords: Fulfillment, Raw materials, Method Q and Method P Strategi perencanaan produksi pada perusahaan manufaktur franchise sangat berpengaruh kepada eksisistensi perusahaan. Salah satu yang mendukung produksi adalah pemenuhan bahan baku yang baik. PT. Raja Top Food memiliki strategi pemesanan dengan lead time yang tidak ditentukan dan belum memiliki sistem yang sesuai dengan perusahaan yang tidak bisa dilakukan.Berdasarkan penjelasan diatas, diperlukan perencanaan pemenuhan bahan baku yang agar stok tidak menumpuk dan tidak kurang, dan produksi dilakukan sesuai target agar dapat mengirimkan permintaan produk kepada pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat kebijakan pemenuhan bahan baku kering PT. Raja Top Food menjadi lebih ekonomis berdasarkan perbandingan hasil analisis metode probabilistic Q dan probabilistic P dengan kebiakan Lost Sales. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah bahan baku Tepung Jagung, Gula Pasir, MSG, Tepung Terigu dan Minyak Goreng metode Q dan bahan baku Garam Halus dan Tepung Sagu metode P menghasilkan nilai yang lebih baik dibanding dengan pemenuhan bahan baku yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan pada bulan Mei 2021 – Januari 2022. Hasil efisiensi yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah sebesar Rp. 202.730.798 Kata Kunci: Pemenuhan, Bahan baku, Metode Q, Metode P
